Afternoon.
Ravok, Azure Reflections Fine Tailoring (Inside), Noble District.

This afternoon, Ravok was quite busy, unlike yesterday. The streets were overflowing due to the activity. Even in the Noble District, the activity was high. And so was in Azure Reflections Fine Tailoring. Lady Wickham and Azure were really busy in the afternoon. Nobles were constantly visiting her shop, and there was a lot of goods being traded. Of course, something tailored that was on the fancy racks for a fair lot of Gold Mizas. Such things costed more than Accalia's living expenses for a lifetime or so. Even so, Accalia was there once again - guarding the interior from possible thieves and what not. Accalia stood proud - standing right next to the door, overlooking the customers, somewhat leaning against the wall unnoticeably to ease the burden of the armor she had on her, even though she was already used to it, something lighter wouldn't hurt.
Standing all day in the shop was tiring, and Accalia needed to stretch out a bit. Accalia stretched out a bit, watching the nobles basically flood into the shop, one by one.

However, not only nobles were entering the shop. There were some commoners that hopped in from time to time, and these people were the ones that Accalia watched over the most. And there was a reason to be suspicious over them. It was not the first time Lady Wickham's fine items were stolen by commoners, but this time, Accalia was here to prevent such things. Thieves and alike would put great harm to Lady Wickham's reputation. Some lowlife stealing from Lady Wickham? Accalia will stop them! Or at least she'll try to. She's next to the door, so that won't be much of a problem, or at least it shouldn't be much of a problem. In case of anything, Accalia is ordered to shut the door and face the thief, minimum bloodshed unless attacked first.

And so, as there was a lot of traffic in Lady Wickham's shop, there was a lot of risk as well. And even though - it had to come to an end. After a fair while, the shop was clearing up, and Lady Wickham picked up quite a lot Mizas in the process. As the shop was empty and only Lady Wickham, Azure and Accalia were in it, Lady Wickham allowed Accalia to rest on a chair that was right near the door. Accalia then sat down, pulling cloth that covered her face down. Taking a deep breath, she closed her eyes before speaking. "Well.. I suppose it's going all well, Lady Wickham?" she asked before footsteps were heard. Lady Wickham shortly answered with a nod as a very mysterious man walked into the shop. He was sporting dark-grey heavy armor with spikes on the shoulderpads, and a completely black great helmet. He held a completely black flail in his left hand, and a shortsword in his right hand. Accalia immediately stood up, moving towards Lady Wickham, whipping out her sword from the scabbard. The rasp of a blade being slid out of the scabbard was truly an unpleasant noise.

"You!" he lifted up his right arm, extending his index finger with his shorstword in hand, pointing at Accalia. Accalia lifted her shield up, looking through the cleft on it. The heavily armored figure then shut the door, making this situation even more uncomfortable. Combat in close quarters was not something Accalia liked. Not a lot of maneuvering space, and he had two weapons! His black gauntlets looked intimidating. They looked like death itself. It was funny how Lady Wickham didn't seem that scared.. but Accalia was. Accalia was trembling because of the fear his dark armor induced. Accalia stood in a defensive position, holding the sword by the side with it's tip merely poking the ground. Her palms were getting sweaty as she was staring through the cleft, trying to focus.

Her concentration was suffering. Fear and thoughts of death running through her mind were killing her.
"Stand back!" Accalia shouted as the foe swung the flail, hitting the shield with it. The shield was made of wood, so the flail got stuck into it due to it's steel spikes on the ball. Still holding onto the shield with the straps around her forearm, she moved it to the left before sending a kick to the opponent. The opponent stumbled back because of the kick, and Accalia swung her sword from the right to the left in a cutting motion, in a desperate attempt to deliver a hit. And so it happened. The blade merely penetrated the armor, but it did pack a punch. Upon pulling the blade towards herself, blood went right out of the wound, dripping onto the floor.

The mysterious man looked up at Accalia, who was still struck by the fact she managed to wound someone superior, but this was not all of it. An almost silent grunt was heard before Accalia took a headbutt from her opponent. Stumbling back, she still held onto the shield which helped her stabilize herself. Lady Wickham and Azure were quite amused by this battle, just like every other Ravokian would be. The battle was going on and Accalia's foe swung his shortsword from the left to the right, slashing her lamellar armor, and it barely had any effect, due to the blade skimming along the surface. Accalia managed to tug her shield back and maintain control over it, holding it properly - in front of her, now moving in for a shield bash. Bashing her opponent with the shield, he stumbled back, dropping the flail onto the ground - with his back to the door. Accalia was still afraid, but it's that human instinct. Survival, it's the only thing that mattered now. But he was stronger. Far superior strength-wise. Pushing Accalia back, Accalia fell onto the ground as the opponent moved forward and sent a kick to her side.

The kick, unfortunately for Accalia, contacted her side and it was rather painful. Right in the gut! Accalia groaned due to the hit, but she then lifted her shield up, blocking the sword attack that was about to be delivered to her. As the sword bounced off the shield, Accalia rolled over in the heavy lamellar, standing up shortly after. She looked over to Lady Wickham and Azure, and both of them were smiling in anticipation - waiting for whatever's coming next. Accalia slipped her forearm out of the shield straps, holding onto them with her left. She then hurled the shield at the assailant before charging forward, holding the sword in front of her - ready to pierce the foe with the blade.
The shield was a great idea - a great distraction that made the foe wave his sword hand in order to guide the shield away. And so, the foe stepped back, but it was too late. The blade was already lodged in his stomach, with Accalia's hands steadily holding the hilt. Blood ran over the blade which already went completely through the target. The shortsword dropping out of the enemy's hands, it made some noise as it hit the ground. Dark-red blood was all over it, and it was dripping from the sword's guard onto the ground. Accalia was still holding it there, looking up at the worthy opponent.

Lady Wickham slowly approached the scene which looked like it was frozen in time - she then started clapping, watching the blood drip all over her fancy floor. Lady Wickham then moved right next to Accalia, who withdrew the blade and let the opponent drop to the floor - bleeding to death.
"Very well done, Accalia.." Lady Wickham said, still applauding her. The scene was rather gruesome. The opponent was on the ground, spreading it's foul blood all over Lady Wickham's shop.

Azure simply stood there, sighing because he'd be the one cleaning the mess up. Accalia then dropped down, sitting on the ground, looking at Lady Wickham's fancy wears, of which some got knocked onto the ground because of the fall. Accalia laid down, looking at Lady Wickham's wonderful face, holding her side whilst groaning. The adrenaline kept her fighting, and she managed to protect Lady Wickham and her shop. Or maybe this was not about Lady Wickham, maybe it was just about Accalia. Perhaps worshipping Kihala wasn't the best thing in Ravok, the city of Rhysol.
"Accalia.. we'll close up now. You're free to go." Lady Wickham said, sniffing before watching Accalia stand up and head for the door. "He' s a good fighter, I won't take anything off him. Keep it." Accalia said, remembering the fallen and honoring them.

"Never forget the fallen." Accalia said before picking up her shield, walking to the door - opening it before taking a nice seat on the doorstep, looking into the distance with blood all over her sword.
"I need to leave this place.." Accalia said, looking at her worn out sword.
