Calima Basic Information Race: Charoda Birthday & Age : 34th of Spring, 490 A.V., 20 years old. Gender: Male Physical Description Calima is about as attractive as Charoda can get, with his light green skin and bright eyes that stand out among the fish-people. He still has many of the features of the Charoda, the thins slits that serve as his nose, the long ears that extend to the back of his head, the rubber skin that is an oddity to surface folk. Still, among the Charoda, he is supposed to be shaped quite pleasantly. Character Concept The Charoda are a peaceful society that is always eager to learn, and Calima is no exception. With a cheerful and somewhat childish nature, he is always asking questions and inquiring into the nature of things, trying to understand the world around him. In many ways he shares the demeanor of a child, with a smile on his face and an eager step to his walk. Calima, when asked a question, will always try to answer as honestly and as thoughtfully as he can, though like a child, he is subject to bouts of rage. Conversely, when asking into the nature of things, he will try to be as considerate as he can be of the other person's thoughts and feelings. Character History The surface had always fascinated Calima, starting at a young age when they learned of the terrible destruction that the surface had wreaked upon the old city of Charbosi. While most were alarmed by the damage this new world had done to their people, Calima was eager to find out what exactly dwelled up there, and what exactly could have brought about such a disaster. When exploring the ocean floor with his friends and fellows, Calima had found the activity to be a bit too mundane and boring. After all, what's the point to exploring when you're traversing on explored ground? As for other activities, he had always loved to sing. His light, powerful voice had always been his pride and joy, but instead of being content to sing in the water, he yearned for the day when his songs and ballads would be heard on the surface world. When he was 20, he decided that he would simply go the surface. Leaving behind his family and friends, he kicked his powerful legs into action, and headed for the coast of Falyndar in high spirits.
