A Couple Question on skills.

Sorry if this is answered somewhere else I couldn't find it if that's the case but ahem...

1.) What is the max amount a person can have in a skill?

2.) How many points does it take to change a skill from novice to competent... and so on and so forth?

Hello there,

Everything you asked can be found in the Skill Guide.

Nevertheless I shall answer your questions.

1) The max amount of points possible to get in a skill is 100.

2) Novice to comp is 26 points. Comp to Expert is at 51 points. Expert to Master is at 76 points.

When you make a brand new character, you get 50 skill points, plus your racial bonus (which varies from race to race,, but should be +10 in whichever skill).

You can distribute these points however you like, with a minimum of 5 points and a max of 30 on any individual skill.

As you write threads, you can level up further to a max of 100 total over time.

ranges are 1-25 Novice, 26-50 Competent, 51-75 Expert, 76-100 Master.
