Inside of the backpack slung over the redhead's shoulder are various items; but perhaps the most interesting is a leather-bound book with a large piece of greenish, aged turquoise in the middle. The pages are yellowed; but most of the ink is fairly fresh. A very old book it seems, with new writing. The handwriting is neat and girlish. Occasionally, a sketch, a feather, a leaf, or some other sort of little treasure is pressed between the pages. It might be hard to open the book, however, for there is a large golden lock in the shape of a hummingbird on it. The keyhole is unusual, as if made for a long, thin claw, or perhaps even the quill of a feather.
