[Larknas Tider]

54 Summer 512 Larknas was on his way to the Spire, he had picked up some supplies as he was asked by the priest and was on his way there i wonder what happened this time. Entering the spire the priest spoke to him "Uh you are here urm also good morning we are inspecting the doves on the third and fourth floor want you to come and help me some of the team called in sick". Larknas nodded and dint speak more like called in to have fun with each other he followed the priest to the third floor and entered calmly the cages. The doves were used t ohim by now and sometimes allowed him to pet them to ensure their trust he throwed some feed on them some ran to eat a few others stayed there. Larknas caught one of them and handed it to the priest "Good job looks like you are managing this job pretty well" Larknas nodded and caught one more while he watched the priest he was ruffling their feathers a bit looking for signs of sickness after being satisfied he left them on the temporary cages. Larknas gave him the next bird and did the same thing as before caching a bid And watching the priest it was kind monotonous but they finished the two floors with ease nothing exceptional happened. He sighed as he was left after it to clean the rest of the floors all doves healthy.Still rats were swarming here and there. There had to be a solution how the hell were they entering at times still he removed his knife as he saw a rat looking at him from the shadows before he could do anything the rat just....dissapeared. Well that was unusual he walked over there aha there is a small hole he did a mental note on its location and moved to the next floor he had to take the poison they had there was in stable form you mixed it with some food in this case he took a slice of bread and poisoned it whilst he wore the gloves they had he ran down to the hole and put the bread on the entrance. Around that time the priest came "Larknas what are you doing?" Larknas turned to face him surprised "oh Sir i found a rat hole and throwed some poisoned food in there" . The priest sighed "Okay but next time please ask me i have a new idea regarding this i plan to get a couple of cats to eat the rats and it wouldn't be ok to have them poisoned as i might give a few back later". Larknas nodded and said "Yes Sir" the priest turned and left for his office.Larkans sighed that priest had interesting ideas now lately i wonder why?......did Something happen?. Despite his curiosity he dint have time to snoop around so he just cleaned the rest of the Aviaries and replaced the water and food in them. He took a small break as he worked hardphew i got tired easily i wonder if i am sick...but i don't feel weak so being on he walked down the floors to find the priest.But he wasn't there a note was on the desk should he? walking up there he saw it write. To anyone who reads this i am out for a while i will be back at one chime or so keep the doves safe. Oh well it was his job either way he stayed there waiting for the priest to get up to the floor when he was back when he heard someone coming someone whose voice he dint recognize. Looking it was some thug he was holding few alive rats in some cages and from the looks of it was up to no good....propably Larknas looked around and got up silently the stairs as the thug came into the first floor he looked around and then let loose one of the rats he was carrying why that fucker!. Larkans moved up the floor and took some seeds they had for the bird as he heard the thug coming he waited for the thug as he heard him coming up he got out of his place "AARRGGGHHH " he screamed to the thug as he threw on him the seeds on his fave making him put his ands up as he got scared losing balance on the stairs and falled down on his back. The thug had fallen down there dint seem to be any blood but knife raised Larknas moved to the thug he needed some rope for him he saw that he was carrying some on him for some reason so he took that and did a nice nautical knot on it that would teach him tied up by his own rope. The thug seemed to be coming of it as he looked with his eyes "you pitching idiot let me out i was send by the priest" Larknas frowned "To let the rats on the Aviary i don't think so tell me who you are before i decide to slit your throat instead" he raised his knife to make a point the man looked scared "i wont talk you wont dare you are a priest" Larknas laughter "ahahahah not i ain't but you are right i wont kill you for the goddess probably wont like it if the priest speaks the truth on how good natured she actually is" he pulled him over with the cages he had on him and left him against the wall as he watched over him. Half bell later the priest was back and very distressed over what he saw "Larknas what is this and oh rats on those cages did he catch them?" Larknas looked at him "Nah he released a couple on your office around here because i needed a plan to get him without killing him" The priest nodded "Ok i will call the guards wait here" after waiting the guards came and took the thug the priest spoke "I guess this takes care of that but you still need to find the rats he left but good job on not killing him i will buy you a drink later as personal thanks from me" Larknas was surprised by this so he dint let a moment not to tease him "oooohhh i thought priests weren't supposed to drink" the priest just smiled "I am sure Priskill would allow me for this occasion to buy you a drink besides you won't get drunk by one drink!". Larknas smiled as he started searching those rats "Sure sure" besides there wasn't much work left after this his day would be free and he did a good deed nodding to himself, he felt thirsty.
