Physical Description

Vivian Glowdust stands at 5'2", which is surprisingly short considering her parent's tall stature. She has a somewhat athletic build, though only weighs in at about 90 pounds. Her jet-black hair is a few inches past shoulder length, often ending up in a ponytail to keep it out of her way.


Character Concept

Vivian's parents wanted to name her Vivid Bright, since her eyes change color so often. More, even, than the other Vantha children's. In this way her heart is always on her sleeve, so to speak. She's like an open book to anyone and everyone, which she's not a huge fan of.

(Needless to say, her grandmother opposed the name idea.)
Vivian is a kind, nurturing sort. She's had a hard life, but she puts her mind at ease by helping others. She speaks Vani as her first language, but knows enough common to communicate effectively.


Character History

Vivian was born into her family's home in Whitevine. She grew up wanting to be a healer like her mother was, but her parents both had their mind set on a boy from Winterflame they wanted her to marry. When she came of age and the boy sent his gift to Vivian's parents, Vivian didn't stick around to see if they accepted.

Her grandmother took her in, agreeing to be her solace while she chased her dream of becoming a healer.
Running away from home was the most daring thing Vivian ever did. She'd always been a good girl, a rule follower, but she's also the sort to follow her heart, even if it gets her into trouble.

Her grandmother is a retired massage artist, but thanks to arthritis, can't teach Vivian her trade with much effectiveness. She gave Vivian a book, but Vivian's still working on the art of massage. She also knows a good bit about music and how it works, her father having been a musician before his move to Whitevine. She's not much of a singer herself, though she's thought about trying it out.

Her main interest, though, is healing. At the point where we join our heroine, she's on her way to the Opal Temple to ask Rak'keli for her first Gnosis Mark, finally ready to learn how to heal.

Hello, I am Sentinel CS Liaison. Having reviewed your CS, Ive found only a few problems.

Vivian Glowdust stands at 5'2", which is surprisingly short considering her parent's tall stature. She has a somewhat athletic build, though only weighs in at about 90 pounds

Her name is Vivian Whitevine, yet she calls herself "Vivian Glowdust". I'm slightly considered about her weight, considering she is only 5'2'' yet states she has an athletic build, which leads me to believe she has muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. On a slightly more picky note, 5'2'' would not be considered short for a Vantha.

Please know that your PCs name must match your account name. That is a rule.

I'm curious as to how she discovered the Opal Temple and if the player knows Rak'keli appears anywhere but stays at the Opal Temple.

The player mentions wanting to be a healer, but has no healing skills. Perhaps she meant to say she wants to be a masseuse? Spirituality isnt a skill, but something practiced actively in devotion to a god or goddess through shows of faith and the upholding of the god/esses characteristics.

Although this appropriate, the correct term would be an "Arvinta of the Whitevine Hold".
