Her delicate frame and facial features are sure to capture your heart, but if those don't appeal to you, her eyes surely will. The left one is a piercing golden color while the right is a cool blue. Making eye contact with her can prove to be nothing short of addicting. She has long chocolate colored hair. She rarely has to brush it. It naturally stays in place. She stands at 5'6'' and weighs a meek 103 pounds. She eats like the wild snow Lynx she transforms into, but she shifts so much nothing sticks to her body. She moves gracefully and quietly, and at first it seems her personality is as well. Her true personality is very rambunctious. Character Concept Velody Marie roams from city to city trying to find the one she will dedicate her life to. Her fierce eyes reflect her fierce desire to love and protect. Her enormous capacity for love is part of who she is as a Kelvic woman. She is desperate to find her bondmate. She craves someone to love, and this craving mentally, and sometimes physically, hurts her. Her deep need to give love and protect someone leaves her very vulnerable. Velody Marie is of average intelligence, but other than common sense, she doesn't know too much. She doesn't enjoy learning about math or grammar skills. She does, however, enjoy learning about people. Velody Marie loves observing different races and how they interract with on another. She also loves meeting new people. After you get to know her she is a very lively person. She loves to make new friends, and when she feels safe around them she comes out of her shell. She prefers to be called Velody Marie unless otherwise told, and if she allows you to call her Vel/Velody, you should be honored. Character History When Velody Marie was born in Ravok, her Kelvic parents were overjoyed. They were exstatic to see their gorgeous baby girl happy and healthy, but their joy was short lived. Velody Marie's parents were both Kelvics, and slaves. Her parents raised her until her first birthday, when she was near fully grown. Her parents trained her well, and planned for her to escape. They new that if they didn't get Vel out soon, her entire life would be in slavery. Velody Marie and her parents made a run for it, but Master was soon chasing after them. Vel's father turned to fight off the masted to give his wife and daughter a chance to make it. Her father was slaughtered as if it were nothing. That act of valor gave them enough time to slip into a tight alley. Velody Marie's mother turned to her and said, "You are my light and my love, please, go find yours." Her mother's eyes teared and she placed her silver ring into her hand. No more than 10 seconds later Vel's mother was snatched out of the alley by her arm. Her mother's last words to her were telling Velody to run. That was the last Vel saw of her parents. She always wears the ring on a long chain around her neck. Her mother told her the story of the ring once before. Although it wasn't usual for the exchange of jewelry at a Kelvic wedding, her father spent all he had to give his new wife a beautiful ring. It was the only true possession her enslaved parents had.Velody Marie now roams from town to town hoping to find her bondmate, like her mother told her to. She also hopes to find her mother once again. Her journey has her currently in Lhavit.
