This forum is an OOC forum for PCS and Organizations to work out plans in hardcopy. Each PC or Organization gets a single thread where their players can help work out plans for their PC. Quests, mini-sagas, and Trips can all be organized here as well working out timelines and points of travel and things PCs need to do along the way. Each PC however gets only one Plotnote for their individual PC. Groups get one as well. There is no limit on individuals posting saga or trip plotnote threads. Please denote [PC Plotnotes] or [Group Plotnotes] or [Quest/Trip/Saga Plotnotes] when titling your threads.

Possible Gnosis
  • Illusionism: Would compliment his thievery and any secretive work, making him all around better at what he does. Definitely want this one.
  • Night Stalking: Could be an alternative or compliment to Illusionism, but not nearly as likely to be pursued.

Business Possibilities
Organized Group of Thieves: Spy, informant, breaking and entering, and courier work. Headquarters possibly in Ravok or Sunberth. Idea in major planning stage and on the rocks. Need to get Noric some personal informants and ties.

Relationships
  • Kill off Allinol, Noric's twin brother. Would be during a seasonal trip to another city, or somewhere in the wilds. It would strongly effect and change Noric. Probably a modded thread. Hopefully would have the Illusionism gnosis, so that might possible be a thread to gain a second mark.
  • Fall in love to calm down Noric's womanizing tendencies.
  • Form some close ties in Ravok and possibly in another city.

Material Gain
  • Eventually have a better home/room. More furniture, finer furniture, etc.
  • Get a dog.
  • Other pets too? Probably... Noric's house is likely to end up like the 1997 film Buddy. Note to self: Show restraint on purchases.
  • Steal something worth a decent chunk of money and sell it for extra funds.

Constant Traits
Cunning (+) : Noric can think or talk himself out of almost any situation. While some men rely on brawn, he relies on a sharp silver tongue. He isn't afraid to lie, suck up, shoot someone down, or tell anyone how it is. He will never sprinkle words with sparkles to make anyone feel better. He got the trait from his uncle, a well educated man who has survived because of the power of words. He taught Noric that the pen truly is mightier than the sword, and that a few simple words can bring entire families to ruin.

Overconfident (-) : Noric thinks it's always a challenge for someone to beat him at anything. He thinks he could win any woman's heart, claim any prize, and accomplish any goal. Until a situation actually turns sour, he will deny any possibility of loss at every turn. Overconfidence may one day cause him to lose something very important to him.

Situation Traits
Flirtatious (+/-) : If she's pretty, he'll go after it like a bloodhound following a scent. Pretty self explanatory trait; could be both good or bad.

Charming (+) : He could charm a cobra to roll over for a belly rub, so to speak. If he wanted to, he could leave a perfect impression on even the crankiest old miser. Even if it's a false face, he'll pull it off. Noric wants to leave a good mark on almost everyone he meets, just in case that person turns out to be useful later on. Making someone hate you during the first meeting could turn out counter productive toward business. A man in Noric's line of work needs to have people like him and be willing to help out if asked a favor.

Shutdown (-) : Sometimes, if a situation goes in a completely different direction than intended or planned, Noric will lose his cool. There is possibility of him becoming completely helpless, exploding on everyone, or just leaving. He may react childishly or selfishly, or make someone else deal with whatever the problem might be. This doesn't happen often, but it does happen.
