18, Spring, 513As usual, early in the morning, Ayame was on her way for a long walk followed by a, hopefully after three days of literally nothing, a successful hunt. Luc, the lovely kitten, as she called him, followed her steps calmly while Nightwalker ran in front of them, stretching himself and enjoying in the fresh air, if one could call it that. It seemed as if the day is going to be good for hunting. Maybe a bit too sunny, but then again, when wasn't it, at least for Ayame's taste.
Her eyes moved over the area before them, making sure that no danger is about for Nightwalker, before quietly mumbling Let me know if you sense anything kitten in Luc's direction and then again, peacefully continuing her walk. The sound of leather and her sword moving around on her back, hitting the backpack with metal cups in it, became slightly annoying, so she whistled loudly. Nightwalker seemed to understand what she meant by that, making his way to her and then running away again, with the backpack now attached to him.
Petite, tattooed frame then started moving faster, feeling every muscle tense as the walk turned into a run. Followed by the large cat, Ayame could just relax and run, for as long as her body had strength, enjoying in every sight in this little, warm place as if she saw it for the first time. |

Necis was out of his bed and mounting Kawa, he was already in his hunting gear. He put his Katinu over his cloak. And flew high above the mountain. He wasn't ready to hunt yet, no he was going to fully awake himself. He leaned forward and whispered three words to Kawa. Are you ready? Without telling anything to Necis, Kawa soared even higher, and then plunged towards the ground. Little smile formed on Necis face while he felt the air moving fast and hitting his face. Kawa pulled up just before they would be killed by this air acrobatics.
He was awake now, it was time to hunt. He pointed somewhere in front and said in Navi Fly lower. Kawa calmed down, and flew in the straight line. After a couple of minutes flying like this Necis instructed his Wind Eagle to circle back, and try to find pray somewhere else.
Suddenly in distance he saw something moving fast across field. Kawa sensed that his attention was drawn to something. He changed his direction towards that object. Necis took his bow out and an arrow and pulled the string back. Kawa lowered his altitude so Necis had a clean shot. He fired the arrow, it hit a strong elk and fell on the ground. He then put his longbow around his shoulder.
Kawa moved closer to it and Necis jumped from him to the ground. He calmly walked to the elk that was still panting. While walking he pulled out his mothers talon sword. He leaned above wounded animal and ended his misery. He then heard something behind him, and straightened up. |

It seemed as if this young Drykas will never get tired. She was running with the same pace for quite some time. Nightwalker, as if he knew, ran a little slower than usual, closer to Ayame and Luc.
A few minutes after the horse slowed down, which was quite strange to the young one, Luc completely stopped and growled loudly, making Ayame nearly trip over him. She stumbled for a feet or two, before mumbling something loudly in Pavi at the large feline. It was very unusual for her to do that, but the panting of the excited and somewhat frightened horse made her look forward.
As expected, something had to ruin her perfect day. A male figure seemed to be standing before her, with some form of a... bird probably?
She rolled her eyes, lightly scratching the feline's head and mumbling something in Pavi again, before pulling the sword out of the bag on Nightwalker's back and approaching the two strangers slowly. It was quite obvious that she was not pleased by seeing them, but it didn't seem as if she was scared.... maybe just a tad surprised.
The large feline, once again, walked right beside her and the horse... well, he was a bit more hesitant to approach the bird, since it was his first time around them, Ayame thought. Greetings, she added lowly, while once again, rolling her eyes and hoping to see the two leave quite soon |

First thing Necis heard was a cry from Kawa. He looked behind him and saw his Wind Eagle with his wings high above ground, trying to intimidate someone. After he realized that was common language and isn't threatening, he yelled on Navi Calm Down!
When after couple of seconds Kawa lowered his wings, Necis could see three figures. In front of him was a small brown hair female, beside her stood big feline and behind them a black horse. He then realized that their stance didn't match the words he heard. He continued to look at them but he griped his sword with his fist. His hands was covered in blood of an elk. Necis looked at Kawa and than using his mind said to him Be ready! He than slowly turned back to female and said in common Why are you here? |

Taking a deep breath, Ayame continued to move towards the two standing above that dead elk.
Her hand gripping the sword lightly, lips ready to command Luc to attack, but the look on her face not once gave any of that away. Her eyes moved over the male a few times, mumbling something about him looking like one of the men from her clan before stopping right in front of the Elk I am doing the same thing you are..... hunting... or well I was going to, but then I ran into you, sadly, the last word was said under her breath, probably unheardable. Fingers of her left hand moved up slowly, pushing the hair away from her face, to get a better view of the two, before adding again Have you seen any more Elk about, or you scared all of them off? Luc seemed to purr at the word Elk, which was quite funny to hear, coming from a large feline. The horse was not moving, as if he was made of stone, but clearly just waiting for it's companion's command to leave.
Ayame tilted her head, looking about to check for herself whether or not, any animals were about before moving the hand with her sward up, tucking it securely near her bag, letting him know openly that she does not consider him or his... bird? a threat.... And frankly.... he wasn't... compared to the life in and around Endrykas, this looked funny. |

Necis looked at her while she mocked him. He didn't do anything. After the large feline made that sound Kawa said to Necis That cat is strange. After she lowered her weapon he did the same. Than when she put the sword back beside her bag, that horse and cat didn't moved at all, they were still waiting... like Kawa?
He then went back towards dead elk an took his arrow back, but still looking at female and that strange cat. He than said and pointed towards those animals beside her Only animal here beside this Elk that i haven't saw is that cat and horse. For the first time since he saw her he looked away and went back to getting meat from Elks bones. He said to his Wind Eagle Keep an eye on them! |

She chuckled at the wary male, rolling her eyes once more before pulling a large, fur cloak out of the bag and putting it on the ground so she could sit down. The cat sat next to her, putting its head on her lap almost as if it was demanded pats... which of course it got. The horse was calm, quite, but acting as if he was keeping an eye on both them and their surroundings, for any animals they might hunt down for lunch.
Luc looked up at Ayame as she tugged on his fur lightly, adding Go get yourself some breakfast boy, I will be fine. But make sure not to go too far, I wouldn't want any of the creatures about to escape us, in case we need to hunt
Her eyes followed the large cat as it stood up and stretched, before literally running away. Its soft paws made no noise, but whatever it was that he killed out there, struggled pretty damn hard and loud. It looked almost as if Ayame was interested in how he was cutting the meat.... If he only knew how bad she was at skinning, he'd probably allow her to get a closer look.... and laugh at her?
She shook her head at the thought and asked What are you? I haven't seen creatures like you before. Yes, she was blunt and no, she did not care whether or not that would insult him, because she meant not harm, she was just, strangely enough, curious |

Necis continued trying to skin the animal, than looked up and saw female on the ground and cat nowhere to be seen. He than asked Kawa Where is that feline? Wind Eagle just nodded towards forest. Go track him. Then after Kawa asked if he will be alright he replied I can take care, don't worry about me! Than he slowly went back to skinning that dead Elk. He suddenly jumped and screamed I can't do this!
He then realized he needs to calm down. Necis removed his weapons and took of his Katinu and sat in front of the female. While he was removing his Katinu it pulled his cloak back and revealed his scar on his left eye. He quickly adjusted that and sat down in hope she haven't seen it.
After he looked at her for the first time without looking at her as a foe, he found out how beautiful she is. He then remembered her question. I am Necis, hunter from Wind Reach and that was my Wind Eagle Kawa. Necis looked around for Kawa and that cat. Who are you and what is that cat? |

Ayame looked towards the eagle, as it flew off, making sure that it wouldn't harm Luc before moving her eyes back to the male skinning the Elk. Her lips curled up in a big smile as she noticed the scar on his face.... he was a warrior.... impressive. She then shook her head to clear her thoughts, for the first time in her life.
Giggling, after hearing him scream at the dead animal. It seemed that she wasn't the only one that was... quite bad at skinning. Her little hand moved towards the bag on Nightwalker's back, which made him lean in, so she could reach her knife. To make sure he doesn't think she's aiming to harm him, she did it slowly.
Soon after he introduced himself, a low growl of the feline could be heard as it tried to lick it's muzzle clean of all the blood on it. She smiled warmly. It was obvious how much she loved the cat and how attached she was to it. Her fingers gripped onto the knife and she looked back towards the male, adding The name's Ayame, I'm a Drykas swardswoman... hunter... and well, I am here to hunt, as I said... May I? she then asked and pointed at the Elk, as if to ask if she could help skin it.
Practice could never harm really, were her thoughts as she reached for the Elk. Luc sat next to her and put his head on her lap again, barely giving her enough space to lean forward and do what she wanted to. It didn't annoy her though, she was occupied with curiosity that the male spiked within her... Or well, mostly his scar and his weapons |

He saw the cat running back, and sensed Kawa. He was hunting. Wind Eagle landed right beside Necis, and looked at the female. You let her skin that pray? Necis than for the first time since she started working on that animal looked away from her, and said on Navi to the Wind Eagle You know it looks awful when i do it.
Necis was pleased that she hasn't seen his scar, or at least she didn't talk about it or looked scared. He usually stayed away from people, but something about her made him relaxed. He let her continue skinning the dead Elk, but stood up and crouched beside her wanting to take a closer look at what she was doing.
Kawa was startled with that move, Necis looked at him and said on Navi It is alright she isn't a threat. After these words, the Wind Eagle was calmed down. Necis looked back at her hands and her work. He then realized that she has many scars. Where did you learn that? When he asked that he was looking at her tattooed body, at her skin and her many scars. |
