Questions About NPCs

Hello Everyone .

I've been wanting to make a flashback thread for my character but I'm not quite sure how the NPC system works. The story I am thinking of deals with a lot of interaction with Zakar's family members (his brother and father, mostly), so I decided to read a bit on controlling NPCs in the lore. My question is, if a stationary NPC cannot transfer skills, does that mean I am not aloud to for example have Zakar's father teach him a trick or two about animal husbandry in a solo thread? Something like that would have to be moderated, is that right?

You can have NPCs teach you something, even in flashback.

But make sure to request permission for the NPCs first at the Help Desk

And a stationary NPC cannot transfer skill points, that means you cannot technically transfer some of those 50 SPs those NPCs have to your char, but you can make them train you. You will gain experience on the skill when your thread is graded.
