Xi could see the tension in her body the right pulling of her muscles even though she'd tried to use his stance she'd used a heavily mutilated variant of it and it was showing her. Her formulae and her position was still so tense, almost as if she was expecting him to hit her. Xi stood in stance next to her and watched her throw the first punch of hers. It was good just she needed to loosen up. Xi smirked. "Look deep breaths, don't be so tense. Otherwise you'll do more harm than good. Just roll with what your doing. I'm teaching you the very basics, because you need solid ground, there is no point in building a castle on sand...Because if the sand shifts the castle comes tumbling down. Just take a deep breath and loosen your muscles the stance will feel more natural after the first ten punches." Xi smiled and threw a punch in the same manner as her as his fit reached full extension though he slid hi right foot forwards beneath it using that to help set up the counter balance for his next punch.

He threw a punch with one hand and then that foot moved. It was a simple motion he was using it to cross the room. He'd started her in the centre, as when she reached the wall she'd have to fall out of the stance turn and reset it, and Xi would see how much of it she remembered and could hold. "If your that tense we can always call it a day and you can try with a different teacher. Just relax. Your here to make mistakes and learn how to do things right, i'm not expecting you to know it all right off the bat. And once you have the basics your free to develop on them as you see fit." Xi took a deep breath and rose out of his stance...He was going to try and show her something tht she'd eventually be able to do. Xi pulled one of the training dummies from the corner of the room out slightly and had it face the wall. "If you practice that move enough you'll learn eventually how to throw a punch with this much power." "The daggers of an angry rain...Arrow Black. Xi fell into stance his right arm back. He then rolled his shoulders twisting his upper arm his forearm and his wrist to get the maximum rotational and speed boosting force. He let his arm snap out like a crack of lightning and it collided with the dummy like a roar of thunder. He hit it so hard he sent the dummy flying backwards the ground stabilizations not helping it stand up instead the dummy flew backwards and slammed into the wall about ten feet away.

She sighed. Trying her best to loosen up as he said. She watched him throw another punch. Still seemed so simple, so she readied herself once more to the stance. Her eyes still watching him carefully. Wait, call it a day? But they've merely just begun her training! Surely it hasn't been that long of a lesson yet. He broke out of the stance which worried her for a moment, till he pulled out a training dummy. Maybe he wanted her to try her punches on that? Nope...Not the case, he wanted to demonstrate something he'd eventually teach her once she's practiced enough. Then, it was almost instantaneous! Her master's arm bolted at the dummy, quicker than she could even register the action, followed by the sound of thunder as she watched the dummy smack the stone wall hard. Her eyes widen, but a smile spread to the corners of her cheeks as she jeered. She then quickly fell into the stance once more, straightening out her back and broadening out her shoulders as he had adjusted her to do before. Her muscles twitched, wanting to throw another punch, but her mind got distracted. A thought came to her mind, her attention now focused on Ximal's eyes, her curiosity finally sprouted from its roots, "And...what about your eyes? They changed color before when you told me to give you the first punch on you...why?" And would he teach her that too?

Xi let his shoulders roll loose again and glanced over at Sayren. Leering at her lightly wondering why she wasn't getting on with it. Then he caught the crack of a smile and the subsequent continuation of his training. She threw one punch and then stopped, to ask a question. Xi smirked and closed his eyes before shifting them back to their normal deep-black-royal-blue. "Interesting of you to notice my eyes. I did it to see if you could observe whilst attacking. It's hard to keep track of the things around you when in combat even if it is focusing on your opponent. I'm rather impressed you managed to notice the change. But how i can do that eventually you'll meet another person who can change their eye-colour. " Xi stepped over to her and Leant over close to her face. Setting his dark blue eyes inches away from hers. "If you think it's pointless practising against thin air...You can try and hit me with my own punches." Xi smirked and flicked her forehead to make sure she was listening. "However, if you choose to train with me I can implement some special rules? Are you willing to learn like that ? It'll be a rule and penalty system but by the end of it I'm certain you'll be better off for it if you choose to take it.

She wondered in thought, was it that unusual for someone to notice a change in eye color? Her eyes widen for a moment as he stepped in close proximity of her. His eyes...the warmth of his breath...she didn't hear what exactly he said, something like...hitting on him?...Then he flicked her forehead. She blinked a few times as she rubbed her forehead. She narrowed her eyes at him, almost in a glare, but then he brought up a proposition. What exactly was he planning? Unsure if it was wise to back down, she kept her stand in front of him, "Special rules? And what exactly do you mean by, special rules?"

XI held his positioning in front of her, and smirked lightly as he spoke again. "What do I mean by special rules ? It's fairly simple you train with me and every time you break three of my rules i can make a request of you. This may seem like a really cheap way to get something out of you but I assure you this training method works. It doesn't even matter if you hit me or not. This is a training about building your stance and teaching you how to throw the punch. If you agree to this then don't say yes just try to punch me. It's that simple." Xi smirked and stepped back from in front of his student. Xi stood in a formless stance no main goal attached to the stance just him going easy on her and watching for her to make a mistake. His eyes making sure to watch how her legs were positioned and how she was throwing the punch. Xi smirked and crossed his arms over his chest.

She narrowed her eyes, it was a challenge then. She took to the stance once again. She then glided her left foot forwards, her right fist rising quickly as it lunged for Ximal's chest. Making contact with a loud smack. Hoping to work on her speed, she quickly tried to shift her left foot back and drag her right up towards Ximal so she could throw her left punch to his chest. It wasn't as loud or as strong, but she mainly fought with her right arm. So being ambidextrous was going to be rather difficult for her. She looked up at him, this time not saying a word. But her eyes were desperately searching for some reaction from him.

Xi watched Sayren shift her feet into an opposite style stance, her form broken slightly through her standing. But she'd sung a punch at him meaning she'd accepted his offer. Xi twisted his torso to let her hand slide past and allow him to view all the flaws in her stance. "Alright. i take it you've accepted my challenge, which means i shall now set the rules. Every time you break three of these rules, you'll owe me a favour with no arguments to be had." Xi smirked allowing her to reset her stance. "Right. Rule one, every time you throw a stance do not reset, instead step forwards then throw a punch again. Rule two, do not break stance other than to turn around, not even to argue with me." Xi then watched her positioning. "Rule three, your stance must be free of all flaws, you must stick to it, if i see one flaw you break the rule. However rule three is on a three strike system so you've three chances to correct it before you break it. Now my final rule, all your punches must be between my belt and my neck, anywhere else and that counts as two broken rules." Xi smirked and allowed her to let the rules sink in before continuing on. "Right, now these rules count for the next forty nine punches with each hand. By then end of the first day I'll have worked most of your bad habits out of ya. By the end of the third, they should all be gone. If not, let's just say you'll be owing me a lot of favours." Xi smirked a rather cheeky and smug grin. She'd accepted and the rules were in place.

She listened to the rules closely. The first one, not to reset a stance, but instead, step into another. Made sense, it would save time and be more effective in combat rather than to take time to reset a stance all over again. The second of his rules was to never break a stance, unless she was to turn around. Does this include asking questions if she remained in the stance? And the third of the rules...her stance must be free of flaws?? She had to master a stance she only just learned within a day?...She wasn't sure if she was more excited or more frustrated with this thought. But he said she will be given three chances for it to be fixed...would that really be enough? And finally, the last of his strange rules. She couldn't hit him anywhere below the belt or above the face...She had a feeling the previous Drykas he originally taught must've done something to provoke this measure. She kept her eye on him, seeing that he had quieted down. Was this her chance to-and he spoke. It sounded like his expectations on how her stance should be within a matter of days. It definitely sounded hopeful, but she was determined to meet these goals. Returning from her dazed thought, she looked up to him to see that smug grin. She had a feeling his favors would be something near a more...base...desires. This made her cringe.

"Before...we get much further into that, may I ask a few questions? Just to be sure I understand the bottom line and don't get surprises?"

Xi folded his arms and took a slow breath letting what he'd said sink into her as he took a half step back and assessed the situation. Sayren's questions. Xi listened to them, so she'd just asked if she could ask a few questions without continuing...She really was waiting for a response from him. Xi opened his eyes again slowly and furrowed his eyebrows not angry just wondering what she didn't understand. "Alright what is it you don't understand ? what do you want me to clarify for you so that we can get on with the main event ?" Xi smiled and relaxed his shoulders before lifting his eyebrows towards her hoping for some kind of fast response as he wanted to start teaching and stop talking.

Now was her chance, or so she hoped, "When you say remain in stance, but not to break it, not to even argue with you, but what if I remain in stance but ask a question because I was unsure about something? Is that breaking the stance and breaking your rule? Another is would this rule be implemented with the other teachers?" Cause quite honestly, Revy seemed rather intimidating. "And...by favors...are you meaning...ANYthing?" She was hoping she didn't bite off more than she could chew. Considering she still had her virtue intact.
