Xi could see the tension in her body the right pulling of her muscles even though she'd tried to use his stance she'd used a heavily mutilated variant of it and it was showing her. Her formulae and her position was still so tense, almost as if she was expecting him to hit her. Xi stood in stance next to her and watched her throw the first punch of hers. It was good just she needed to loosen up. Xi smirked. "Look deep breaths, don't be so tense. Otherwise you'll do more harm than good. Just roll with what your doing. I'm teaching you the very basics, because you need solid ground, there is no point in building a castle on sand...Because if the sand shifts the castle comes tumbling down. Just take a deep breath and loosen your muscles the stance will feel more natural after the first ten punches." Xi smiled and threw a punch in the same manner as her as his fit reached full extension though he slid hi right foot forwards beneath it using that to help set up the counter balance for his next punch. He threw a punch with one hand and then that foot moved. It was a simple motion he was using it to cross the room. He'd started her in the centre, as when she reached the wall she'd have to fall out of the stance turn and reset it, and Xi would see how much of it she remembered and could hold. "If your that tense we can always call it a day and you can try with a different teacher. Just relax. Your here to make mistakes and learn how to do things right, i'm not expecting you to know it all right off the bat. And once you have the basics your free to develop on them as you see fit." Xi took a deep breath and rose out of his stance...He was going to try and show her something tht she'd eventually be able to do. Xi pulled one of the training dummies from the corner of the room out slightly and had it face the wall. "If you practice that move enough you'll learn eventually how to throw a punch with this much power." "The daggers of an angry rain...Arrow Black. Xi fell into stance his right arm back. He then rolled his shoulders twisting his upper arm his forearm and his wrist to get the maximum rotational and speed boosting force. He let his arm snap out like a crack of lightning and it collided with the dummy like a roar of thunder. He hit it so hard he sent the dummy flying backwards the ground stabilizations not helping it stand up instead the dummy flew backwards and slammed into the wall about ten feet away. |
