Kujyaku awoke earlier then Yumi and looked for her, but she wasn’t there. The house was quite, and the sun was up. Kuj felt her head, and discovered that her horns were back. Discovering that she fell asleep in her clothing, Kuj slipped in to her simple outfit, and put her simple cloak above it. Looking where Yumi should of been she saw a tiger, and a large one. Wide-eyed Kuj took a step back until laughing quietly. Yumi was a kelvic, she must of forgot.
What would they do today? Kuj wondered to herself. Pleased to see Yumi didn’t run away. Maybe she would stay here for awhile. Buying another bed wasn’t too hard, and she sure had the space for it. Kuj slowly walked up to the sleeping tiger. “Yumi... what do you want to do today?”

Yumi awoke a few minutes before and had one eye partly opened when Kujyaku saw her; and was a little amused by her reaction to a sleeping tiger on the floor. She stood up and stretched, letting out a roar-like yawn, before changing back into her human form, completely nude, and thought for a bit as she sat on the wooden floor.
"I was planning on finding a job today. I don't have that much money." She confessed, then scratched the back of her head, "But I don't know where to start looking..." |

“Find a job eh?” Kujyaku said, clearly finding on how she doesn’t have a job either. “I was thinking of applying for the job of a hunter... I have some basic skills....” Kujyaku went off into thought. “That reminds me! This evening I am going to do some exploring, so you should go explore without me too.” Kuj smiled. “But when I get back, maybe I will see at the house again!” Kuj tapped her finger to her lips, a sign of thinking. “Do you wanna go back to the library today, or would you like to go into the forest and hunt? I need to get a little more used it.”
Today was a gorgeous day. The sun was out, and shining, with minimal clouds in the sky, today was a day to look forward to. The winds was breezy, but the hotness of Syna balanced it out. Breathing in, Kuj felt whole again, as if everything she was doing up to that moment didn’t matter. Reaching her hands out to the sky, Kuj stretched. It must of been early morning, because the sun was still hanging about in the horizon.

Yumi put her clothes on as she talked; nodded after she was done and Kujyaku brought up the hunting job, "I like the idea of being a hunter..." It did suit her; after all, Yumi was a predatory Kelvic, it was only natural for her. She put her hands into her pockets and followed Kuyjaku outside, "We can go hunting after you get back; if you're not to tired that is. But I'd like to go back to the library now, before to many people show up."
She yawned a bit as she walked next to Kuyjaku. Honestly, Yumi hated mornings... a lot. Especially when she wasn't in immediate danger and something woke her up for the pure sake of waking her up. But it wasn't that bad today, in fact, she kind of liked it for some strange reason. It was... odd, to say the least; but at the same time, it felt right.
As they walked Yumi took a quick note that she was smaller than Kuyjaku; about 5 inch to be precise. This was the first time she was ever able to compare her height with someone else and was a bit disappointed at how much smaller she was in her human form, but it was a fun thing to make a note of. Yumi felt like there may have been another reason she may have been noting this, but didn't know one that would make sense, not at the moment at least. After thinking about that she let her mind wander to what she should do while she was alone for the afternoon and decided to find out where to apply for the hunting job. |

As Kujyaku was walking, she couldn’t help but yawn. Looking at Yumi look up at Kujyaku suddenly made her laugh. “I am very tall Yumi, at night though I am 5”2’ so don’t worry.” Kuj giggled at bit, and they continued walking. “Yea, lets go to the library, after that lets go hunting. I haven’t come across to getting a short-bow yet, but hopefully I might be able to get one soon.... If my miza’s allow me too.” She chuckled, then jumped a bit, remembering something vital. “Yumi! I have the day off today! My plans were changed once again, so we could do so much today!”
We walked into the entrance of the Library. Noticing Yumi for the almost first time, in the sun, her eyes were a reddish brown color, and reminded Kuj a lot of her tiger’s form. Her teeth were oddly shaped sharper then Kuj’s teeth, with black hair and dark tanned skin. Looking down, I could tell that she had a long scar running down her leg, which clearly mad Kuj frown. She didn’t like the thought Yumi getting hurt...
Into The Library, a vast array of books laid everywhere. The musty smell of old books intrigued Kuj. She walked quickly to the books about hunting, and grabbed it onto a table. Looking around, she noticed that she lost Yumi, when she suddenly came over with a large book of her own, and set it onto the table.

Hearing Kujyaku's height at night made Yumi grin a bit, even if she was only taller by roughly and inch, it was better than being shorter. And she smiled, exposing her teeth, hearing that they could spend the day together. It would mean she'd have to wait to find her hunting job, but she was still happy to spend some time with her new friend, something she never really had the chance to do.
Once they walked in Yumi watched Kujy walk to the shelves in another section while she walked over to the books about astronomy. She searched, trying to remember where they put that big book last night. 'Ah ha!' She pulled the book off the shelf, it was kind of heavy, but not so much that she couldn't carry it.
She walked over to the table Kujyaku was standing over and set the book down. Then looked at the book she had put on the table and saw that it was about hunting. She knew that would be a lot more helpful than hers, but if the library allowed them to borrow her book so could look at it during their free time. Looking up at Kujyaku she asked if the library allow them to borrow it before sitting down with her and reading through the book, which Yumi was having a bit of difficulty doing as she was still young and never had much time to read in Ravok. So she depended on Kujyaku to read a lot of things for her and explain what certain words meant.
It made her feel kind of dumb not knowing how to read and didn't speak up that much while they were looking through it and only asked about things that looked pretty important. |

Looking over at Yumi reading, Kujyaku noticed that her eyebrows were creased and she was concentrating desperately. The book was the one that Kuj found. The book was large, and certainly full of words even she didn’t even know.
“Hey Kuj. What is this word. Ce-lest-ee-aal?” She pointed at the word that was clearly celestial.
“Yumi, can you read alright? “ Kujyaku said it with no sort of worry, but more curiosity. Kujyaku smiled and yawned, lifting her hands in the air, when she suddenly made a crunched up face.
“Yumi when was the last time you bathed? It has been a while for me. Shall we go into the forest, because I know a little secluded spring we could go to!” Kujyaku needed a bath, she knew that, and maybe she could go hunting too. “I will teach you how to read later, if you want.”
