Physical Description

Julianitie towers over many others at seven feet tall with a weight of approximately 200 pounds. As a son of Syna, he has emerald green eyes and varying shades of brown, red, and blonde hair, depending on the season. Two red, elegantly curling horns adorn his head, framing his narrow face and emphasizing his protruding cheekbones. These horns shift in hue, also, depending on the season. Supple, iridescent skin the color of copper covers his body from head to toe. His muscular, yet slim physique is easily noticed by his upright posture and sauntering walk.

Character Concept

Personality: Though, Julianitie was thrown to the earth from perfect paradise, he views his current downgraded position as part of the destiny he was born to fulfill. He is more outgoing and friendly than other Ethaefals, willing to speak with all races and to travel to all cities, even those guarded by cannibals. He desires companionship, but not from his fellow Ethaefals. Being the presence of other Ethaefals causes Julianitie to become heavy with grief as he remembers his former glory. Overall, Julianitie is pleasant, would prefer to laugh than to cry, and enjoys meditating in nature where he feels closest to Syna.

Ethics: Julianitie’s devotion to Syna overpowers all his ethical decisions. He is entirely a son of Syna, denying all actions that would bring his soul into darkness. He avoids thieves, murderers, and other evildoers, and instead, pursues relationships with those who uphold justice and peace. Julianitie strives to be perfectly helpful, perfectly supportive, and perfectly loving.

Likes: Julianitie longs to be surrounded by nature amidst the city and runs toward the light when encased in darkness. He desires to be around creatures that are peaceful and joyful in nature but feels an obligation to bring happiness to those involved in war and evil practices. Julianitie will more likely be found in warm, sunny locations where Syna speaks with him through the sun’s rays. Because of Julianitie’s former race as a Svefra, he is also drawn to water, enjoying a swim with the creatures of the sea.

Dislikes: Julianitie cannot stay in the presence of the Akalaks, Drykases, Myrians, Symenestras, and Ziths for long. Their ways of life repel Julianitie because he views their intentions as dark forces that increase the brokenness of the earth. He will frequently force himself into their societies in an attempt to bring light to their darkness. Julianitie greatly dislikes creatures with negative, critical, and depressive personalities, though he can sometimes mirror their feelings when in the presence of other Ethaefals. Julianitie will rarely be found in crowded cities because he prefers to be in the mountains or the jungle where nature abounds.

Character History

Pre-Creation: Before being reborn as an Ethaefal, and before that, being reborn as a human, Julianitite was a young, teenage, male Svefra, roaming the high seas on whatever ship he could obtain a place on. His family members were victims claimed by the rough seas early in that life, so he wandered alone, took food from others at every opportunity, and slept by whatever fire was offered to him by the other Svefra. He short life was simple and fairly uneventful. It was also short, given the merciless conditions of the sea. Julianitie never obtained love or steady companionship in that life which may have led to his current desire for a friend. Another aspect of his past life that spills over into today, is Julianitie’s attraction to the ocean. Despite these innate feelings, Julianitie remembers nothing about his former life, but brief flashbacks can occur.
