Physical Description
Height: A few inches short of 5 feet
Weight: Around 93 lb
Skin: Her skin is golden-brown with coppery undertones. Across her cheeks and nose she has some freckles (perhaps a very distant Inarta ancestor?), with some also sprinkled on her shoulders, chest and knees.
Hair: Her hair is inky black, with Vanthan highlights in a deep blue-violet. Mainly straight, it’s a little wavy at the end and the longest tendrils reach a few inches past the end of her ribs. She keeps it in a tousled five strand braid.
Eye Color: Like all Vantha, it fluctuates, but their base state is a deep marine jade. Other common colors are a radiant amber and purply claret, and while her eyes have a very wide variety of colors, others are more rare.
Facial Features: She has a small, inverted triangle-shaped face with a pointed chin shaped like an upside down trapezoid, and a prominent mandible. (Is that the correct term?) Her cheekbones are not particularly conspicuous, but they are a subtler, lower, and much less perfect version of Katharine Hepburn’s. She has a wide jawline, and a thin, long, somewhat aquiline nose-it has a mild bump from having been broken on the ice as a child. Her philtrum is deep and pronounced. Thin but fairly proportionate and shapely, her lips are small, with the upper lip about half the width of the bottom.
Her brows are thick and unwaxed and sit low on her face, hovering reproachfully above her eyes. They’re straight and black, and her lashes are full, but short. Her eyes are shaped like sideways kites (awkward simile, but I don't know what the term for her eye shape is), with the apex near the inner corner.
Body: She is slender and fit, but that is not due to any strenuous effort on her part; it is simply genetic and also because of her currently active lifestyle. With good muscle tone and normal (but low) fat distribution, she is muscular yet healthy enough to maintain a feminine figure. Pear-shaped and without overly large breasts, she has a small waist but curvy thighs. However, her calves and ankles are disproportionately small, giving her somewhat odd-looking legs.
In terms of diet, she is a vegetarian. She is aware of the ridicule and difficulty she will encounter from many around Mizahar due to this decision, and the condescension or disbelief others will consider her with. She doesn't hate the concept of eating meat, she just prefers not to do it when given the chance. And if need be, she will eat it. Growing up her diet consisted of mainly lean meats, fish, and tundra berries when available; since travelling she has developed a sweet tooth and fervent appreciation for larger, more exotic fruits. After becoming vegetarian and travelling she eats more vegetables, and dairy/bean to get protein. She isn't a big fan of bread or dry food.
Markings or Tattoos: She...might...have a tattoo, which she got impetuously as soon as her and her cousin Sangi left to stay with their aunt Miksa. It is an artistically painted blue whale that arches under the curve of her belly.
Personal Care: I'd like to say that she has impeccable hygiene-and she does if she's in civilization-but say she's riding horseback through the woods, she won't be the kind to obsessively and immaculately keep herself clean. She's okay with dust on her face, mud on her clothes, and a mussed braid. Once surrounded by people, she washes daily and takes good care of her hair.
