Isur looking for employee in Riverfall!

Hey! I'm just getting started in Riverfall, and my business is looking for an employee. I'm mostly looking for a weaponsmith to compliment my armorsmithing, though good metalsmith would not be turned away. To apply for the business, I'll require you to thread with me for an actual job interview, just for funsies Dagnus is generally cold to non-Isur, but not a jerk, and isn't unwilling to hire one if they prove themselves handy at the forge. He also makes a good friend once you get to know him, and a very fair boss. The workplace will be rather enjoyable and I can't wait to get some good applications!
