Let's say hypothetically that I had an idea for one of the many nonspecific horrors that inhabit the Void.

How would I go about making that idea into Lore?

The process for submitting new articles to the wiki including monsters is clearly outlined in the World Development Forum stickies.

You submit a HD ticket first that includes an outline of the beast, then write up the full article, then post it in the Peer Review. It moves on from there to Founder Review where it waits for final approval.
