Her skin the copper hue of sand dunes and her hair a raven black, Sharakai is the epitome of Chaktawe appearance. She has a lithe frame and legs made strong from years of walking the desert sands. She stands at 5’7’’ and always walks with a straight back, moving with a grace that had been instilled in her from birth. Her long neck bends only in humility, but rarely in shyness or fear. Her hair frames her face in thick, dark waves and cascades down to her shoulder blades. She has an expressive mouth which is quick to quirk upward in a smile or twitch with displeasure. Her eyes are two pools of pure black, edged with long lashes.

ImageSince a young age, Sharakai has shown a willingness and desire to learn. It is that desire that had governed her life thus far. She wishes nothing more than to master the art of healing and to be able to bring relief to those who need it most. In many ways, she draws her inspiration from water. She is awe of the way a river can sooth and heal, washing away pain and blood. It had always been her dream to be one with that river, flowing through a green land of moist grass and sprawling tree canopies. She is prepared to journey far to reach such a land and learn from it and its inhabitants.

Sharakai is often seen as mild-mannered and polite – almost gentle to a fault. And yet, few people truly know the extent of her passion, which runs as hot as the desert sands. She knows what it means to survive; knows what it means to fend for herself in a harsh world. She has left her family and her homeland behind, all to fulfill a dream and a promise. She can be resolute and strong-willed, putting survival before all else, knowing that in order to help others she must first help herself.
