Mistaken Guardians: Chaktawe Question!

If I read correctly, not all Chaktawe are chosen to have spirit guardians. If
Winona is naive enough, could she think that her ethaefal friend is her spirit
guardian? (In reality, she wasn't chosen to have a guardian.) If not, that's fine. I'd
thought it'd be cute if she caught sight of the Ethaefal while on her "Searching"
and assumed that she was her guardian.

Consider that guardians are an important aspect of chaktawe life, and they usually manifest in animal form. But who is to say that every chaktawe is raised the same?

Specifically, what Winona thinks herself, well, that's entirely up to you to decide. It could make for a very interesting thread as to why she came to that conclusion. Or later on perhaps, what if she were to acquire a real guardian? How would this impact on her relationship with her current guardian figure?

I think you've struck on a good idea that could open a host of possibilities for developing your character

This helped me a lot and I appreciate your answer! It gave me a few
good ideas to bring up later on in Winona's life. Of course, she knows that
Lorettana is not her guardian anymore but I liked the idea in her history.
Anyway, maybe I should do a flashback thread someday to reveal her thoughts
about her best friend when she first saw her in earthbound form. Wouldn't it be
interesting to read? Well, again, thank you for your thoughts; You got me to
really brainstorm on the subject.
