AppearanceRace: Kelvic (Jaguar) Gender:Female Age: 2 years (Animal maturity). Appearance of 20 year old. Birthday: 19, Spring, 512 AV. Birthplace: Unknown.Physical Appearance: Human form : Sharika's eyes are golden, and glint with the intelligence and skill, also the rarely visible shine of a girl whose eyes reflect the depth that no one can quite place. Her skin is tanned, and freckled slightly. Her brown-black hair is long and wavy. She measures at about 6'2, and weighs in at about 56 kg.
True Jaguar form : Sharika, like most female felines of her species, lives up to the reputation of jaguars for being the largest cats. Her length, from her nose to her tail, is 6ft. Her coat is dark, and the spots of her kind is only visible up close due to melanism. Character ConceptAbandoned as a small cub, she was left to fend for herself. Brief flashes of memory recall shadowy glimpses of a struggle, in a land that was far different than that which she resided in. She recalled the welcoming arms of a Jamouran female, whom she dubbed Mother. Her difference was known, but not considered hostile. They welcomed her, like they did many others. The Spires was where she lived, alone in her kind, afraid to approach the few other Kelvics. She knew not how she was to live, but from what she learnt on her own. She was skilled, indeed, and intelligent. Her lonely nights spent gazing at the stars, granted her much knowledge of their arrangements. And sometimes, she felt crazy ideas and notions dwell within the dark recesses of her mind. Developing theories of nature which she kept quietly to herself, her mind stored knowledge of the ideas of origins, the behaviour of the natural world around her, but was shared with none. She assumed these were mere fantasies. Sharika felt the need to communicate, to find people, and so, she decides to travel. A decision, that still haunts her as she contemplates where she should visit. Sharika shall journey to places she never knew existed, and discover clues to support her theories, evidence to disprove them too. Remarkably, Sharika would discover that her mind held more than was safe, and she would soon be victim of predators of knowledge, secrets she would hold close to her heart, secrets that even she would not know yet. Character HistoryHer past is a simple blur. She has yet to remember her parents, or why they left, but she remembers death being an important part. She remembers pain and sorrow, but not why. Sharika needs to discover this, but her pain is softened when she is taken into the care of Jamourans at The Spires. It is her home.
What she might learn, in future, perhaps, is that her family was slain by Myrians at Taloba. They had accidentally allowed another cub (assuming it was her brother) to hunt too close to their settlement. It attacked a Myrian child. Cruel though her brother's mistake might have been, it sparked a vengeance that was unjustified in its magnitude. A family of jaguars for a child, felt an unworthy trade. The pain and sorrow left behind, carried on by the sole survivor, the quiet, quick and sneaky little Sharika. She was always good at hiding. Too good, perhaps.
But alas, Sharika would not remember this. Tragedy had its way of easing its way out of one's life, to lessen a burden. One would chose to forget the pain, than relive it. In Sharika's case, she doesn't know what she is forgetting, therefore she longs for memories, for something to indicate her heritage, her parents, her story.LanguageFluent Language: Human tongue Basic Language: Jamouran gruntsSkills| Skill | EXP | Proficiency | | Hunting | 13 SP | Competent | | Nature | 9 SP | Novice | | Unarmed Combat | 18 SP | Advanced | | Intelligence/Rational | 10 SP | Competent. | LoresHelpful Lores: (Pick 2) Lore of The Spires Layout Lore of Jamouran Culture Possessions1 Set of Clothing -Tank-top shaped camisole, woven by natural vines -Long cargo pants, worn and torn by years of use. -Simple Undergarments -Simple Cloak -Simple Boots 1 Waterskin 1 Backpack which contains: -Comb (Wood) -Brush (Wood) -Soap -Razor -Balanced Rations (1 Week’s Worth) -1 eating knife -Flint & Steel 100 Gold Mizas
