Appearance

Atoll has narrow blue eyes, and varying length tangled hair. He has ecru skin that burns often, and a sturdy build. Atoll, like many Svefra, goes from layers of cloth to no nearly none. He prefers bright colors and whites. On most days you can find him barefoot with a cutlass at his side. The Svefra has a few tattoos. On his right shoulder tells all of his pod, and on his left of his Tavan. Atoll has scars large and small, he doesn't bother with them and hides the majority of his facial scars with face scruff. His pride and joy is his mark from Laviku. A canvas of brilliant colored waves that travel his body, typically settling on his back.

Character Concept & Personality

Atoll is a Svefra to some and a pirate to others. He is a knowledge dump from his travels, taken with calling himself an educated thief. He wants to know, do, and see all he can. His goal in life is to enjoy it, maybe build a ship or five while eating some damn good fish. Atoll is laid-back with a short fuse. His temper comes and goes like the wind and can be just as volatile. He is stubborn when it comes to neatness, everything must be just so. He is flirtatious with anyone or thing, a boring drunk, and mischievous. Atoll is a hands on kind of guy who works hard but can't be bothered to do anything when its time to party.

Religion

Laviku is a member of the pod. Atoll finds him to be a constant companion, offering prayer & thanks. Asking for advice, good natured cursing, and daily chatter. He is Atolls world within Mizahar, and is the reason he sticks to the seas because where would be be without his God? Gnosis: Oceanus 1st Mark: Individuals can first and foremost spot Otani readily. Otani will recognize them and often seek them out to play and communicate. Individuals with one Laviku mark can also drink salt water and have the mark automatically convert it to fresh water for ocean survival. Individuals know the direction of the sea if they are on land and how far away it is (in aprox miles). They also immediately recognize where progression tide is, meaning if it is incoming or outgoing or in transition between.

History

The Northwind pod hail from the Northern Suvan Sea, they haunt the Northern seas in the summer and the Southern seas in the winter. The spring and fall are spent traveling up and down the Middle Suvan. Atoll was born during these travels, named after the reef where he was conceived, and grew quickly. As tradition with the Northwind pod he did not touch land for the first five years of his life and did not touch it much after. He was raised typically, for a Svefra, but separated from the pod when a case of dysentery hit. As one of the infected he was quarantined and left in the Middle Suvan to get healed. He is to meet up with the pod when they migrate back to the Southern seas in the fall. Until then he haunts the coats near Riverfall and even the city itself.

Tavan

Littoral has been with Atoll for most of his life. They found each other when both Atoll and Littoral were separated from their pods and have been inseparable. Littoral has been Atolls only Tavan. Littoral is competitive, protective, friendly and a little territorial. He keeps a good distance from the Sextant but is never out of sight. If he and Atoll argue he takes to capsizing the casinor. Littoral helps out to corral fish towards the nets. When Littoral is not hovering around the Sextant he lazes around the coastline.

Housing & Casinor

The Sextant is where Atoll lives when he's not aboard the pod ship or terrorizing an inn. Handed down from his nana, it is simple crafted and in need of some TLC but Atoll loves it all the same. It stands 30ft with a small cabin that Atoll rarely uses. And tied to the mast is a simple red scarf Atoll stole from his nana that works proudly as his tell-tale. Zulphyia’s mother is Lia while her sister will be the next. Zulphyia childhood was filled with mischief and her and her brother switching identities. She has several children of varying ages and plans to have more. Atoll is her youngest so far. Appearance: Zulphyia is tall, standing 5’10ft with a sturdy build of 145lbs. She has minimal curves but soft facial features. Like all Svefra she has blue eyes. Her skin is a deep copper, and showcases a scar from ankle to hip where her brothers Casinor hit her. Her hair is a messy mass of blond. Personality: Zulphyia is a fierce, prideful and unyielding. She has a plot in mind. She is a physical person and relishes sailing too close to craggy shores. She doesn’t let any of her kids call her mom.
