She reaches 5'1" and sports a scarlet ponytail. Her outfit consists of a simple short-sleeved white wool shirt, a dark brown vest, a light brown long skirt, and travelling boots. Character Concept Cecile was never good at anything athletic with exception of running. This, along with her short size, never stopped her. She is spontaneous, and at times scary. Most of her time is spent searching for clients. Character History Cecile is quite normal in everything except her personality.
