Her oval face is framed by layered, light blonde hair that falls just above her chin in sea-sprayed waves. She is pale-skinned, like moonlight, and stands just above average Muran height at 5 feet, 6 inches and weighs in at a light 110 lb. In spite of her slender frame, however, she exudes a quiet confidence and appears less fragile than some of her island sisters. Iridescent scales glisten in pastel blues, violets, and pinks as they gracefully wind their way from her legs and back to her hands, neck, and forehead. Like all konti, her fingers and toes are delicately webbed and gills are distinctly visible along her willowy neck. Avalis' lily mark adorns her right ankle. Ianthe does her best to keep up with the latest konti fashions, though she is particularly drawn to light-coloured silks and cottons that fall gracefully against her skin. On any given day, one might find her wearing anything from long flowing dresses to pastel-coloured skirts and trousers. She is especially fond of the colour blue. On occasion, she will indulge in jewelry made by local craftswomen, though she wears it sparingly. The peaceful Muran lifestyle has been good to Ianthe. She continues to look youthful, as nearly all konti do, though her eyes become more thoughtful as each year passes and her responsibilities grow. At this level, individuals cannot read the present or the future. There is also very little danger of mental illness or the seers becoming lost in the Chavena. Ianthe can call upon this gift at any time simply by focusing her intention.
