Concept

Jorkin is the kind of guy you want on your team. Not for his physical prowess or combat skills, for he has neither, but for the witty banter and his ability to laugh at just about any situation. He has a innate desire to surround himself with companions and has a tendency to collect friends of every race and will try to pursued them to join in his cause. Whatever it happens to be at the moment. Jorkin feels he is at his best when surrounded by like-minded adventurous individuals and likes to think of himself as the common denominator holding everyone together, or at least someone of importance, and will work hard to keep the group from dissolving.

Every failure, real or imagined, is met with a sudden bout of depression and self-loathing that tends to make companions uncomfortable. But within the span of a chime Jorkin’s mood will do a complete 360 and he will bounce back and speak franticly about never giving up and that there is nothing that can stop his ultimate quest. Which frankly does nothing to ease the awkward atmosphere. In reality he is putting on a brave face to hide his feelings of inadequacy which drive almost his every move.
