History
Ashryn was born at the Mythrin Outspost. Her mother was a farmer and her father a Knight stationed there. She had a very normal and happy childhood, she loved her mother, who taught her many things about being a woman, and her father whom she respected and adored to the nth degree. Her mother taught her how to cook (flashbacks to be written), how to act like a woman should, and how to be polite, a trait Ashryn is very strict upon and even chastises herself if she is rude in any slight way. Her father taught her the way of the nights, but pressed that it was dangerous and was no place her his daughter. She agreed and instead listened to his tales about his work.
Her father had many Knight and patron friends. His best friend was an Akalak named Acton. Acton is where Ashryn's interest in the other races stemmed. The blue man taught her about his people, about their other half, the Konti, and about his language. Whenever she sees him she will now only talk in Tukant, wanting to please the man.
Ashryn learned about her knack and love for herbalism at a young age. She loved to explore the Outpost and the land around it and one of the things she always found interests was the numerous plants that grew. It was often that she would rip up plants and go to her mother asking what they were. If she didn't know she would test it out herself, and give it her own name until she found someone who knew what it actually was.
Ashryn seemed to me a bit older than many of the children at the outpost, or they much older than her. Therefore she found herself babysitting the young ones more often than not, while their, and her, parents worked. This is one of the reasons she left the outpost. The big city has so many more people, she could easily find friends her age, with her same interests.

After (Secret Incident Occurred) Ashryn moved back to the Outpost for about a year and a half. Not only have (Secret Incident Occurred) that made her want to be closer to her family, her father had recently been severely injured in the line of duty and could not continue to serve as a Knight in the Order. She helped her mother care for him and after a year and a half she felt confident enough with herself and with her fathers health to move back to the city into Traveler's Row where she resides currently.
