I have a general idea of how Sunberth functions, and I'm just wondering if it's entirely accurate.
As far as I can tell, it's an anarchist city. But, in a way, I find it to be "organized anarchy." In the sense that if one commits a crime, they may be punished Not necessarily punished in a legal, judicial manner, and thrown into the slammer, but possibly punished by the populace of Sunberth. As in, "You killed my buddy, I think you should be punished, so I'm going to kill you!"
So, as far as I can tell, Sunberth has it's own sort of form of justice, based on the slightly twisted morals of its residents. Is this an accurate assumption?
