Built into the cliffs overlooking the Suvan Sea, Riverfall resides on the edge of grasslands of Cyphrus where the Bluevein River plunges off the plain and cascades down to the inland sea below. Home of the Akalak, Riverfall is a self-supporting city populated by devoted warriors. [Riverfall Codex]

09-Spring-516AV | The Blue Bull Tavern

||"Common"||Thoughts||

Sitting upon one of the stools that rounded the circular bar that bordered the dias within the intricate building. Known as, the Blue Bull Tavern. It was the Kelvics very first time whence he had entered the notorious building. And he had decided to take a look around and get a bite or two. At the thought of hunger, his stomach had made a rumbling sound that made the young man hungry. Lately, he had had this weird feeling... Symptom or whatever one can call it. It was a weird sensation of a need to eat.

The Kelvic wavered his hand to a nearby bartender. A woman, more so an Endrykas familiar than a human subordinate. Adyel, the Kelvic sat comfortably with his hands now at his lap and his eyes gazing lightly at the bartender."Aye, haven't seen you round here before? Are you a visitor?"The Drykas woman had asked as she let loose a starry smile. The young man nodded left to right slowly. He smiled and replied warmly, "No, I live here ma'am. I've been living at The Sanctuary."The bartender nodded as if she had already known of Kavala and her Spartan like building that included a lot of other uniqe rooms.

"So you live with Kavala and all of those who work and live with her then? I see..."Did it seem like everyone knew everyone here at Riverfall? Apparently so... Well, at least that is what Adyel believes."Yes. What do you have for lunch today?"Asked the young Kelvic with a smile."We have a nice smoked steak sandwich with mushrooms and a side sald if you like? What would you like to drink?"Asked the bartender.

"Sounds good. Can I take two please... I have enough. And I'll love some water with that as well."Said the young man as he fished out his coin purse from his pocket."Oh... Two, you must be hungry then... I thought Kavala feeds her guests and children-"The boy cut her off, "Oh, she does its just that I've been getting hungry a lot more. I still have a thin belly, but doesn't mean I can't grow right?"Said the boy a bit childishly.

The lady nodded slowly. A look that had struck Adyel as peculiar was given to him, but the young man had simply abided it and awaited patiently as the Drykas configured the math of the situation."That would be ten Silver Mizas. Plus Ten more. So in total you have twenty. Ten for the meal and ten for the side salads. That will be it right?"Asked the bartender.

The Kelvic nodded simply and dug out twenty Silver Mizas from his pouch as he left it perched on top of the counter before him. So many strange things. When Adyel had first started going out in Riverfall last year while he was with his mother, things hadn't been this strange for him at all. It was if he were normal. And not so... Peculiar. In any way shape or form.

"Here you go ma'am."The bartender gingerly grasped the coins that were layed on the table before her and placed them within her own pockets."Pleasure. Salads will come right up. I'll go tell our chef. Here's a glass of water for your wait."The bartender handed the young man a glass of water and swiftly hurried off.
