The siege of Gnomentown

Gnomentown is laid out surrounding the summit of a hill, as most gnome dwellings are. the Goblins are much more numerous, and carry lesser equipment. The culture of the goblins is that they literally steal socks and underwear and burn them in speciesist pyres, and the gnomes steal socks and make giant ragdoll golems and war machines made from the socks to kill the goblins with. The goblins kill and eat the gnomes, usually right on the field of battle, because gnome blood tastes like candy and it has a lot of good uses. They also raid them for their sock stash, and the gnomes defend it with standard issue warhammers, round shields and torso armor. They are clad in a purple shirt, purple hat that does not point upwards (except on commanders and kings) but droops down behind their head and rests on their pointed ears. They wear tan pinstripe pants, and have classes such as warriors, sock collectors and the elders and nobles. they also have ragdoll cavalry, and basically anything you can make from socks since they are the most cloth-adept species on the planet. The goblins fight without anything but themselves and the occasional wigaboo mercenary (which will be more explained in the comments and rp, as will much else,) and are clad in armor with scimitars and arm shields. they are emerald green with long noses and a hedge of ripping teeth, and are slightly taller than the 2-foot gnomes. They have better battle tactics than the gnomes, but are far less valiant and don't make colossal ragdoll golems, usually with siege equipment and ballistas on their gnome-manned shoulders. All will be explained, with the proper questions.
