Appearance: Kaisar stands roughly five feet and eight inches tall. He has very short, almost nonexistent, black hair and sports a short beard that’s little more than a five o’clock shadow. His eyes are a deep hazel green, which would probably be his most prominent feature if it weren’t for the long, jagged scar running vertically across his left cheek. Weighing about two hundred pounds or so, Kai isn’t necessarily a lean individual, even if it is mostly from muscle. Living in Sunberth that last few years has taught him not to wear anything that would bring unnecessary attention to himself, so his clothes are always very plain and consisting entirely of a mix of blacks and grays, usually combined with his studded leather armor.

Character Concept

Personality: After spending two years in Sunberth, Kai has learned to keep mostly to himself and sticking to the shadows whenever possible. Never traveling unarmed, he keeps his dual daggers at the ready at all times and his senses on high alert. If there's one thing he's learned in these cutthroat streets, it's that no one is safe. The best way to not be targeted, however, is to either not be seen or to blend in and that's exactly what he does more often than not.

Character History

Kaisar was born in Zeltiva and raised by his father, Kaisellius. He never got to know his mother, unfortunately, since she died in childbirth. Kaisar loves his father very much though, and always enjoyed the games they played as he grew up. What he wouldn’t find out until later was that those games were actually a form of training that his father had come up with for him to learn skills Kaisar would eventually find useful later in life.

The two were relatively happy living their lives in Zeltiva until one day tragedy struck. Kaisellius has been murdered when young Kaisar was barely 19 years old, leaving the boy alone with nothing but his father’s old journal and the mystery of Kaisellius’ death that was made only stranger when Kai found a hastily scribbled note on the inside of the leatherbound book telling him to go to Sunberth and hone the skills his father had drilled into him.
