Appearance: Tall, slim, and angular; Roge's skin has taken to tanning under a tropical sun. His scalp and face are kept clean-shaved. Colorful swirls seem to flow like calm waves across his body changing position slowly overtime; the gnosis mark of Oceanus.

✨Character Concept✨

Roge has a talent for freediving, which he uses to harpoon fish, forage aquatic vegetables, and occasionally discover artifacts that have flown out of the ruins beneath Syka and scattered across the sea floor. When he isn't assisting his researcher uncle, who he shares a home with, or helping to maintain and build up the settlement, Roge is in the water. With the support of his uncle and the kindness of the locals, Roge's life in Syka has been carefree. At least, that was true until his uncle failed to return home from his recent expedition. Now Roge will be forced to navigate Skya alone and attempt to discover what fate had befallen his uncle.

✨Character History✨

Roge was raised by his uncle for as long as he can remember. They had lived in Syliras, where his uncle worked as a researcher. Upon hearing rumors of the artifacts washing ashore of the new settlement of Syka, he packed up and moved there with Roge. Roge quickly adapted to life on the water, and learned how to freedive and the basics of survival from the locals. One old fisher, that Roge knew only as Gramps, took a liking to the laid-back, curious youth. When Gramps passed a couple of years ago, he bequeathed his trusty harpoon to Roge.

There's a hammock set up in one corner near a wall mounted-harpoon and a small collection of seashells. Behind one of the privacy curtains is a more traditional bedroom setup, belonging to Roge's uncle, with a cot, a desk, a bookshelf, and a few locked trucks.
