Just as a Warning Niera, Syliras is heavily guarded by knights. I would suggest doing anything considerably evil in Sunberth or Ravok.

If you wanna train and be an evil person,go to Sunberth nobody cares about good or evil there! Just don't piss off the importand people,or nobody finds the body.
