7th Day of Winter, 510 AV

Aleksi, as usual, got up real early in the morning, letting her body stretch before doing her usual morning ritual. Getting water, washing herself, putting on her leather clothing before grabbing some meat for her and it seemed another human, by the size.
The morning seemed rather cold, so she decided it wouldn't be a bad idea to put her cloak on either, before stepping out.

When she did the sun was already up, not too long ago though. Lightly scratching between Luc's ears, she mumbled quietly "Morning big guy... Yea, I wish I could have stayed in bed as well, but we've got work to do... funny one"
Winking at the cat, which was somewhat funny, she put her backpack over her shoulder and lightly tapped her thigh, which made the large cat stand right next to it.
"Come, we need Nott"

Walking through the tent city, she kept yawning quietly, trying to concentrate on how to teach Conrad to ride. Nott sure won't like that, and she doubted Conrad will either.
Stepping closer to the horse, she smiled wide. It seemed as if this caring strider was very happy to see Aleksi, and by the look on her face, it was mutual. Rubbing along his neck, she leaned in to place a little kiss on it "Hey there, little one... How are you this fine, cold morning?"

Not just made one of those adorable sounds horses make before tilting his head in a rather weird way. His attention was aimed at Aleksi's hand. She was holding something in it, something that usually did contain things Nott liked, like carrots.
Lightly shaking her head, the young woman whispered while pulling out a carrot from her backpack "You are one sneaky thing Nott, you know that", and as soon as she gave the carrot to him, she smiled again, rubbing his side.

It didn't take too much for her to decide she will climb her way up on his back, lightly rubbing along as she added looking down at Luc "Let's go near the east edge of the city, it has the most room, we will meet Conrad there, if he doesn't decide to sleep in today.."
And as soon as that sentence was finished, she tapped the horse's back which made him start moving towards the eastern edge of the tent city. Aleksi still had that smile from before on, scratching and rubbing along the horse's neck every now and then to make it calm down and slow his pace. After all, she didn't want to run someone over, and they were still within the tent area.

When they came close to where she wanted to be, she tapped Nott's neck again, making the horse slow down and eventually stop. It didn't seem like she had any intention of stepping down off his back, so Luc just sat next to her feet, waiting calmly for further instructions.
