Inarta Classes

How can one tell what caste an Inarta in Wind Reach is, if you just met them? Is it just their clothes or do they actually have to know the person?

Hi Vala!

Great question. There's no real visual marker like a brand or item of jewelry that will tell you what class a person in Wind Reach is. However, you can tell some by their dress. Dek's tend to wear rags and Cheit very poor clothing. The young wear all kinds of stuff including nothing at all since the volcano inside is very warm. The Avor and Endals wear richer clothing, though the Endals mostly favor leather.

Its primarily attitude. The Deks are very submissive, giving way, and the Chiets avoid eye contact etc with the Avora and Endals. The Avora and Endals are most likely confused, but the Endals have a tendency to walk around looking 'checked out' when they are talking to their eagles or even walking around talking to themselves with the other half of their partnership other places but still listening in. The Endals are very telepathic so they tend to finish each others sentences or cut folks off with an answer before the question is given.
