Summer 27th, 511 AV, Evening
Inirria had entered Riverfall. In night. When she didn't thing she should have.
The Zith grinned to herself, her blood red eyes glowing in the light og the moon. Her wings were folded close to her body, her clawed hands clenched and unclenched excitedly, her fur bristled with energy. She was as exhilerated as she was when she'd stepped out of the tunnels her colony inhabited and began her journey. This was the first time she'd entered a settlement that was not Zith. She was half afraid, half happy, half ready to jump on the first person she saw. Too many halves, she knew, and yet still not enough.
She hurried down the winding street towards the waterfall, having been brought to Riverfall in the first place by its endless roar. She could have viewed it from the cliffs, but she figured the Akalak had built the city against the fall for a reason, a good view one of the possible reasons out there. Her eyes, which were developed specifically for night, watched the endless tide cascade over the rocks in awe. There was nothing like this in the colony or on the Grasslands she'd inhabited so far.
She made the loose chattering sounds of her species as she crouched, settling in to observe the eternal beauty of the waterfall. She didn't know if any of the Akalak were around to see her, or if they'd take offense at her presence, but she didn't mind right yet. She wanted to see this, to enjoy this.
