Her delicate features have an almost ethereal quality to them, reminding those that look upon her of twilight, when the Borealis is strong. While she is not particularly strong, she is dexterous and limber. Family:
Character History: Pre-Creation History: Constance grew up in the far north Taldera with her mother, father, and grandfather. From birth she had been an ill child and for this reason her grandfather took it upon himself to pass on his knowledge of herbalism down to his ill granddaughter. He would take her to the Whitevine of Avanthal, where was where she spent most of her time when learning about herbalism. She took great interest in the subject, although it was difficult for her to understand at first. Her grandfather was a patient man though and didn't mind taking the time to explain things more then once, or even several times. While she continued to grow in her knowledge of herbalism and its many uses, her father decided that it would be in his daughters best interest, if she learned to use at least one type of weapon. She began her training in her early teen years. When Constance wasn't learning from her grandfather or spending time with her mother, her father would take her to the local training grounds where most of the members of the Icewatch went to hone there skills. That was where he would slowly teach her how to use small concealable blades. However, small blades was not the only extent of what her training consisted of. Once she learned the basics of using small blades, her training branched off into larger weapons such as the longsword. Although her father might have had only the best of intentions, her mother believed that, while knowing how to defend yourself was indeed a good thing, that as a lady, she needed to behave as such. Nobody would say that her parents fought about such a thing, but he mother did want to teach her daughter a more lady like skill to counter the rough and boyish skill of wielding swords. And so, when Constance wasn't with her grandfather or father, she was with her mother who began teaching her the art of calligraphy. She was near the age of womanhood when her mother began instructing her. While her morning were spent learning about herbalism, her afternoons were absorbed in sparing with her father at the training ground. Then when evening came and the sun had set, she would return home with both her father and grandfather. After dinner her mother would take her aside and sit her down at a desk where she began perfecting her calligraphy. While Constance did enjoy learning about each of the subjects her family members were trying to teach her, it left little time for socialization or making friends her age. When Constance grandmother was still alive, she spent most, if not all her time with the sweet elderly lady. While she did her best to watch over the young Constance, she also took time to teach her the art of story telling. It might not have been on purpose, but the old lady loved to see the expression of excitement and wonder in the little girls eyes when she would tell tall tales about a time long past. So, even if unknowingly, Constance slowly began to learn how to spin tales of her own. She loved her grandmother very dearly, and when she passed from old age it devastated the girl. In the sorrow of her own mind, she promised that she would continue telling the stories her grandmother had told her, lest they be lost in the passing of time. Lore:
