His hair is a straight, dusty blonde that goes nearly to his shoulders. He dresses immaculately, and takes great care in looking every part of the suave, rich, mobster that he is. Character Concept ▪ Personality Tevon Blackwell is a thief, a liar, a swindler, and a crook. He’s dishonest, manipulative, conniving, lazy, charming, spendthrift, womanising, ambitious, and young. ▪ Ethics Tevon has the morality of a broken sieve. He keeps the principles that suit him, lets those that harm him slip through, and occasionally a sliver of morality slips through unbidden. Character History ▪ Pre-Creation Tevon grew up in Sunberth - never a good place to begin a life, really. His father was an abusive, drunken sailor, his mother a neglectful drug addict. Tevon grew up hating both of his parents. His mother committed suicide upon the realisation that Tevon’s father had left her, leaving Tevon alone in a shack that he couldn’t pay for. He was 15 years old at the time. Survival was a matter of picking pockets and staying out of the way of the leaders of the street urchin gangs, who demanded a tribute. As he grew older, he began to frequent the unsavoury parts of town. In Tall Johnny’s Casino, he met the love of his life: gambling. At 18, he won his most prized possession, an ornate rapier, in his first card game. At 23, he’d won a reputation as a thief and a swindler, and one of the best damn cards players in the city. He is now 25, and going nowhere fast.
