Rue (Personal Information) Physical Description Rue stands at four feet even with little hope of getting much taller. Her hair falls well past her shoulder blades and is a light brown, most of the time Rue will keep her hair in a large thick braid and places decorative flowers and beads in the woven strands. Her skin is a healthy pale and she has many freckles that line her cheeks, nose, and shoulders, though its more related to her feather patterns than an abundance in sunlight. She has light grey eyes that seem to have a slight angle to them. Rue can usually be seen in a plain faded light blue dress and a brown tattered cloak. Rue loves trinkets and usually has a collective assortment of feathers, beads, and colorful threads hanging from her clothing. Silver bands sit on her wrist and on her left ankle. Character Concept Rue is extremely shy, so it takes quite a bit of time before she will talk to other people. While for her service she expects pay any travels man could tell you she’ll take a song instead of silver. She enjoys festivals and dance though she stays toward the back. Rue is terrified of cats and large animals though she seems to like dogs. She is not above stealing though she usually steals only what she needs. Morals are decided when the situation calls for them Character History Conceived at the end of winter she was born in the summer under a half moon. Her mother was a dog Kelvic and looked after her until she was about seven months old when she sadly died. Her father, a falcon Kelvic raised her until she was a year old. At that time she left and set out on her own travels often accompanying craftsmen and occasionally stealing handfuls of food and silver from others. Her own trades of Fortune Telling and Herbalism were self taught from one of the many books she was able to read on her travels with others. While roaming with an unsuccessful book seller she happened upon some books of interest on the two topics and learned from them. She was able to nick a deck of tarot cards off a con artist and began using them.
