The home of a Konti is as diverse and creative as the race itself, thus Tealli's home was no exception. Located the north-western area of the residential belt it is centered between the sea and the lake at a distance where both are easily accessible. The home itself was a simple creation in architecture, one room with four white stone walls, but it was built out of a clear, shimmering pool. White stone steps rising out of the water to lead to the entrance. An iridescent front door and two large round windows set into the stone at either sides, crafted from bright coral and clear glass.
Through those windows you could see the inside of the small house and upon entering, the hearth in the far left corner. It climbed the wall as the centerpiece of the home, carved from ocean blue stone it flowed down like water and covering it were small carved depictions of sea horses, starfish, various kinds of shells and coral like growths as well as many types of fish and plants found around the island and sea that surround it. The inside was blackened of course from the fires that burned every winter, but it was obvious that whomever cared for it did so with great pride.
The eye would then fall to the opposite corner, a small bed made neatly with a silver spread that tricked the eye to seem as if it were flowing down the bed like water. At the foot of the bed lay a chest, painted brightly in swirls of blue and silver, and right in front of the window sat a little table and chair painted to match. Perfectly fit for one person living.
Beyond the room, at the back of the home, was a huge glass door opening into the back garden and pool that circled the home. The same white stone as found in the front led down the back into the clear pool where various plants grew from it's waters out over the surface. They were all beautifully colored blues, purples, reds, pinks, and oranges all tied together with green stems and leaves. This was Tealli's favorite place. A place she could always retreat to and relax, sink into the cool water and listen to the hum of aquatic life around her. The scenery beyond her garden was breathtaking, Silverwood stretched out along the horizon, Trees of all shades of greens and whites reaching for the sky in majestic strength and beauty, reminding her always of the pride she held for her elegant homeland.
