Runas was in Syliras in the Spring of 509 AV, and she is there for this Summer as well. She was in Lhavit in Winter 505 AV, and Spring 510 AV, so she can flashback there as well. Also, she came down in the Suvan in 492 AV, so she can be anywhere from then to Spring 511 AV where she may be in the wildlands, moving from Zeltiva to Syliras.
