Let's start a band! - Musicians Wanted

So I'm a keen musician myself and figure that that's a good way to get used to role-playing here, you know? Take something I'm comfortable with and work around that until I learn the ropes. Well I think it's a neat idea.

Aaaanywho, I think it would be really cool to make some kind of travelling band with a few other RPers. (Introducing me to the community at the same time - cunning, ey?)

So is anyone interested in creating or using an existing character that could be in a band with mine?
Perhaps a crazy, multi-instrumentalist Eypharian or an insanely charismatic Vanthan lead singer (actually I'd quite like that role). Or anything, really. I'm up for suggestions.
Anyone interested?

[note: I'm actually heading off to a festival for a few days, so I won't be responding for a while. But hopefully that will just give time for people to respond - here's hoping.]

I'm a singer and a harp player if you could use those to your "musician needs":), but I'm currently in Syliras and headed for Mura. I can still join you if you plan on heading there! Here is my CS and I shall hope that you find me worthy of your band.

I too am new to this site, and i would love to get to know the place with some people.

Personally i really like flute music so i figured i could make a flautist to play in the band?

I haven't much of a concept in mind, but perhaps it will come to me if this idea evolves (i hope it does)

Would the band have a name

EDIT: I Noticed Crystal has a bit of magic, perhaps that could be something else the band had in common? Just a suggestion (though i really like magic)

I'm back!
This all sounds cool. I think I'm definitely going for the charismatic Vanthan wordsmith front-man type person. We just need a percussionist and maybe some more strings or woodwind and we're away.

Indeed - the band would need a name. I hadn't thought about that. Perhaps we could try and decide upon it in character? Although that might just be tricky as all hell on a Wednesday.

I know - my sentence was poorly worded. I meant more strings or more woodwind.

Oh, well I'm still in Syliras right now. Maybe we can all meet up at the Golden Dragon and you may recruit me from there...or we can all somehow meet up and perform together for the first time.^.^ Whatever you want really!
