The Residential sector of the Spires is reserved for Jamoura and their select guests. This is where those not seeing to the needs of the outsiders reside and spend much of their lives. While not wild like their ancestors, the Jamoura still live simply and as close to nature as they can. The sector leads into the Temple grove so all streets or street like structures originate there.

The Jamoura still live in units consisting of one Alpha and up to three females as well as any children up to young adult. Their families are planned and shaped to recall memories and to so the scholarly pursuits. Some are chosen to spend their lives in the grove most particularly the Hahk'maghtar. Due to their slow aging and long lifespans, Jamoura families tend to be small.

The houses are suspended in the branches of the trees and have a tree house like appearance. Inside are three simple rooms. The first is a family room, this is where the family eats and entertains guests. The second is a kitchen of sorts where the females prepare the various roots and other plants that are brought home. The third is a nesting area with leaf and branch woven nests for the females and their young as well as one for the Alpha.
