It's That Time Again (Open!!)

Alstroemeria is in the courtyard of the sky staring into the distance of her home, she couldn't help but look back to the old days. How she missed them dearly, but how she feared them a lot.

Sitting on the remains of the huge rocks, the Avora brushed back her hair staring into the sunlight. She began to think about the times when she was a simple Yasi, running around with her friends, laughing. Until she got home, when her mother scolded her for ruining her attire, or skinning a knee. She always found those times so extravagant, but now she was an Avora. Therefore she had to make a living, working was just built in her. She couldn't help what she was... Could she?

The recent urge to just stop what she was doing, intricately circled around her. Debating on what to do, she got up and began her rounds. Just walking and talking to the sky, the eagles, the god's and goddess's that passed her by. An imaginary world she found herself in, the wind blowing in her hair. She loved feeling so peaceful because for once she wasn't so clumsy.

Meria remembered when she skinned her elbow and knee after falling down therefore making her bleed. She was sent to the infirmary, listening to her mother lecturing her about behavior. She was ambitious as a child, but now she had just sunk in a hole and left herself there. Deep underneath the earth. ---- After a while she began touching the rims of the rocks, some rough, some smooth, and some just nice enough to spy on others. The Avora felt like a small child, playing hide and seek with her friends before she went to do simple errands. She saw Sira pass by then Aidara, and other Yasi children following the too. She smiled then turned around to look out for some eagles.

She always wanted to meet one and talk to it, but she was in no position to do that. She was an artisan, she did these things for the well-beings of the Endals... to give to the people of Wind Reach. She couldn't bare to see one person starving or quenching of thirst. It would just put her in a horrible position at times. It was just the need of help that kept her striving forward. She couldn't resist her habits, she just needed to help someone or else she was in pure agony. In some way..

On the other hand she had business to take care of, work. She went back to the area she first found herself, picking up her archery set. Her hunting tools, then she was off to the Sanikas river.

There it was, the perfect catch. She took the bow from behind her back, then lined the arrow with bow. Her eyes fixated on her prey, pulling the bow back with the arrow she let go. Aiming straight for the animals gut. She smiled, then ran towards it. Taking out her hunting knife in her left pocket she stabbed it in the heart then whispered. "May you rest in peace little one. Thank you for your sacrifice." She ripped the knife out then placed it back in her left pocket. Dragging the animal aside, she began to skin it, then package it back in her leather pouch.

It was almost time for night, she made her way back to the area of Wind Reach. With a smile of pleasure and accomplishment she made her way back home.

Location: The Sanikas Gates

She made her way to the gates where she saw the guard. She stared at him with a smile, waving at him. He returned the same glare then opened the gates for her. Walking into the mountain she made her way to the kitchen handing the meat over to the owner. He handed her back a small treat, a meal included for her work. She smiled then went back to the courtyard of the sky to enjoy her fine eats. Well at least her food.

Location: The Courtyard of the Sky

She listened to the trickling of water from the nearby stream. She smiled, eating her food, staring into the sunset. The pinks, the oranges, and the yellows. All combined into one... How beautiful.
