Avain Manor The Avain Manor, or so it was once called, stands proudly in the middle of Alvadas. Though its current condition is a sad sight, merely a skeleton of its former self. From the ruins that surround the building it's obvious the place used to be at least ten times bigger than now. Wreckage surround the outside as well as half standing walls of what was; a grave maker of what used to be home to a wealthy family. What remains are the most inner rooms of the place, scorched by fire and as time passed it became a home for animals. Rats infested the long forgotten walls, for it remained abandoned for about eleven years. The building smells of fire and the inner walls are scorched, licked by fire. It stands, looking like it may collapse at any moment. However it continues to stand, perhaps as some grim reminder of the tragedy that happened there. The rooms surround a single courtyard forming a square of sorts. The simple storage rooms turned into a place to live. Looking really run down, the roof leaks, and some of the windows are broke. Kinneas and Miro took all of their money to fix up the remains, turning it into an inn of sorts. The layout of the house, consisting of six bedrooms, three on each side with two common areas separating them. In the center of the eight rooms is a courtyard used for training. Each bedroom is made to house two people. Those who choose to stay there are asked for very little in return. It could be a amount of gold miza, or even an effort or two to fix up the home.
