Appearance: Tall and thin, even in his human form Olek moves with a feline grace and a strength born of living off the wilderness and his own hunting ability. He has a thick mop of grey/white hair that falls over his eyes and ears in a chaotic mass, it's upkeep having never entered his mind. From beneath the bush of grey shines two bright grey orbs that are a testament to Olek's feline form. He stands at about 6' but often crouches and bounds as if an animal. Though after watching his past master and the Vantha of Avanthal for months he has learned somewhat to simulate their human movements and mannerisms. He bears many shining scars all over his sun and snow tanned body that give testament to the abuse he has endured at the hand of his past master and the inhabitants of the wild he has come across in his travels.
Snow Leopard Form: Weighing 170 its he is about 60 inches long. His white fur is spotted with grey and black spots. The fur on his belly is a snow white while the fur on his back and legs are a darker smokey grey. His ears are short and rounded to help prevent heat loss in the frigid north. His eyes are large and grey in color, framed by the beautiful black markings common among many cats. His paws are large and a testament to the wild undomestic roots of his animal form and his ability to walk on snow unhindered. His tail is thick and spotted in the same way as the rest of his feline body, ending in a black tip. It is large and heavily furred and can be used as a sort of blanket to cover his face. His pink nose split by abnormally large nostrils which make it easier to breath in the northern winter climate. In this form his scars are covered by fur, but still present.
Home City: Avanthal/ Taldera
Character Concept: Olek has been living largely off of his Leopard form's natural abilities of survival, sometimes entering the tall frosty gates of Avanthal to sell pelts or meat from his kills, but often becoming lost in his animalistic lifestyle. He was beaten as a child by his mother's master, whom was a great hunter in the Ice Reaches and who was disappointed that Olek had not been born a Polar Bear Kelvic like his mother. His mother died 2 years after his birth in a hunting accident and Olek had ran from the hunter. Living off the skills and senses of the Leopard, Olek hunted and scavenged his way into his adolescent years. He struggles with his distrust of others, his hate for himself for not being a Bear Kelvic, and his inexplicable yearning for companionship. At the age of 4 Olek stumbled upon the seemingly icy cliff face that turned out to be the icerock gates of Avanthal. Since that day he has made his way there to trade or sell animal pelts and meats for the past six months.
Personality Merits and Flaws: Olek is very distrustful, but wants to trust. Like all Kelvic he is capable of almost suicidal loyalty, though the death of his mother and the mistreatment of his past master has prompted him to run away. The harsh desolate landscape of the Ice Reaches has kept him from finding another companionship, though his recent discovery of Avanthal may change that. He is a gifted hunter and tracker but has few other skills, including common social skills. He has no concept of religion and any magic he encounters is eerily inexplicable so far and he has always run from such events. He is fearful of large crowds and will flee from such situations.
