Gender: Male Languages Common: Fluent Pavi: Poor Physical Description Due to a life of labor and hunting for his own food and survival, Vivus retains a firm body, defined muscles and a lean mass. He stands at an imposing six feet and four inches, his weight surprisingly dense at one hundred and eighty five pounds. Long black hair to his shoulders is rarely kept unless he travels to Ravok proper, in order to not be mistaken for a slave. His hands are calloused from hard work, his countenance usually grim unless he has been to the Beer Hut. Character Concept Born of slave stock, Vivus has lived among the impromptu villagers of the Southern Outpost for as long as he can remember. Scratching out any odd job he could and filling in the gaps with his own hunting and skin selling, there are few jobs, if any, he won't take on. His belief in Rhysol is as real as it gets, considering the stark difference between life at the outpost and life in Ravok, near His presence. This naturally makes him one not to be bothered with morals and scruples in the name of survival and daily life. Character History As long as Vivus can remember, he has been working. His parents had been slaves in Ravok and having a baby as a slave usually had poor outcomes for both parent and child alike, so at some point, his mother and father, through barter or larceny, managed to get their infant son to the Southern Outpost. Be it fate, twinges of character or other reasons, the hard scrabbling folk who lived and worked around the entrance to Ravok's shipping and singular entrance did what they could to support the boy until he was able to do for himself. That time came with walking and talking. From then on, Vivus was known to the Ebonstryfe who worked the Outpost as a strong and loyal worker who had skills and ability to manage the many caravans and other traders that frequented the snarling traffic of the checkpoints. In his late teens, he had gone to Ravok for the first time at the request of the Ebonstryfe, to register as a citizen and to pray at the Temple. The first part came with some difficulty, but ultimately came through. The second part was easy. In Vivus' eyes, Rhysol and the Voice were the only reason that anyone bothered coming to the Lake. They were the benefactors of his existence, so he prayed to Rhysol often for more opportunities to serve and to flourish. They came or were brought about by the young man's own volition. Either way, glory goes to Rhysol.
