PC’s name: Shyda Ormoph

Race: Myrian

Birthday: Season of Winter, Day 19, 681 AV

Age: 26

Gender: Female

Personality: Shyda Ormoph is quiet and reserved. She goes about her ways, looking for a companion, differently than most. She hides in dark corners of taverns to watch the people around her. Whenever Shyda does speak, she is usually thoughtful about her words. She can be very funny and is quite loyal to those around her. She is stubborn after setting her mind to something.

Ethics: Shyda’s morals are quite normal; evil is evil to her and she stops it when she can, good is good and she tries not to stray from the good path whenever temptations are high. Her patience is short, but she can tolerate certain races.

Likes: Shyda is a wonderer; she doesn’t like to stay in one place for long. She looks for the one who can accompany her in her travels and she is quite picky about them. Shyda is a skilled warrior and big cities overwhelm her, but she deals with them to be able to find a companion.

Dislikes: Shyda and Akalak men do not get along. She sees them as head-strong, arrogant, and ignorant.

Pre-Creation: Shyda was born and raised in Taloba in the Changing Moon tribe. Her father’s name was never told to her by her mother, Besamé Ormoph. Most people thought Shyda’s mother a woman of ill repute seeing as how she wasn’t married when she had Shyda. Unlike most Myrian warriors, Shyda was clumsy and small, a weapon being hard for her to hold. When she was ten, the master of weaponry told her she hadn’t the strength to learn. Ten years later, a miserable ten years later, Shyda decided to see the world for herself. She left Taloba with clothes that her mother gave her, a short amount of food and water, and her best friend, a marten she had decided to call Sik.
While Shyda was traveling through Eyktol, she ran out of water and fell unconscious in the wasteland. A band of traveling Chaktawe found her before they stopped in Eloab. When she awoke, the older man caring for her Torach Ias, taught her in the ways of the Chaktawe. An add-on that he did was teach her how to fight and even gave her a sword for her use. His way of teaching her had a more gentle touch that Shyda understood. He also had her doing hard work to build up her muscles for the sword. Remembering some of the lessons she had watching in Taloba, Shyda incorporated those into her Chaktawe fighting and soon master a sword and knife quite well. When Shyda turned twenty-one, she departed from the Chaktawe and, used to their ways of traveling, began to go from city to city around the world, not finding the correct place to settle.
At the age of twenty-two, Shyda found herself lonely and wishing for a companion, but they had to be the right person and she was an outcast in most placed because of her Myrian heritage. She traveled to the nearest city, thinking she might look for someone there, but all she found were arrogant and stubborn Akalak. Immediately, she got the supervisions she needed and left on her way. Her image of Akalak were always tainted then.
Once, while Shyda was traveling out of Eyktol, she found a caravan of slavers attacking three Ckaktawe women. Shyda immediately came to their rescue, but when all the slavers had either run away or were dead, the three women were also dead, except for one who was barely hanging on. Shyda began to take her to the closest Chaktawe residence, but the woman told her no and simply gave her a leather band with a silver ring. The women then died in Shyda’s arms. She continues to wear the ring to remind her of the woman and the hospitality the Chaktawe gave her.
To this day, though, Shyda continues to seek a companion who will not only accept her heritage, but can live the life of a wanderer.

Hey, I'm Cowboy, a Character Sheet Liaison here to help you with your CS. I'm here to help you understand the Lore and work out the kinks in your CS so that you can resume playing on Mizahar.

Please see this Lore entry about dates; there are no months like our calendar.

The way you wrote your possessions and skills is interesting, but for clarity for a Storyteller please also add in a list or table, listing a break down of your Skills and the Equipment that your character has. If like you like, you can put it behind a [Spoiler] tag. This applies to your Skill Points, Equipment/Possessions and Ledger, please.

Also please change the race for your character in your profile to Myrian and not Kelvic!

Please list the languages your character speaks, as well.

Everything else on your CS is good to go.

If you have any questions or concerns about this Intervention, please leave me a note in my Office and I'll do my best to help you out. Once you have corrected your CS, please send me a Private Message and I'll remove this notice so you may resume playing your character.

Welcome to Mizahar!
