Aello's lips curled into an even more satisfied smile. "I'm glad we have been able to reach an understanding," Aello replied, her voice sounding strangely silky, as though she had intended it to become laced with a slightly seductive edge. "That we have an accord," she added, before pausing for quite some time, simply running her thumb over the hilt of her dagger, before resolving to set it back where it belonged. Swiftly, she sheathed the weapon, never taking her eyes from him, for fear he'd try something stupid. "You shall toss the dagger back, so that it too, can return to the place it belongs," Aello instructed. "And then you are then to take your weapon, and your things, and return to wherever it is you come from." There was a pause as her eyes took every inch of him in. "Judging by your lack of knowledge of the forest, your poor swordsmanship, and overwhelming desire to lie with those who do not want you, I'd say you come from the nearby city of Suberth, is it?" The girl's hand fell over her dagger's resting place. Her eyes glimmered as she toyed with the man, and such a pitiful sight he was. Blood trickling down his limbs, dirt caked to his form, along with the ends of his dark, greasy hair. "It shouldn't be a very long or precarious journey," Aello continued, before running a hand absently through her hair. Tousling it a little, before she drew it away, wanting to seem stronger again. "If you make haste, you should make it before that wound makes the world around you go dark." As the words left her lips, she glanced lazily up at the sky. "You have a few hours left, of the sun's light, I'd suggest you take advantage of that, if you have any sense." As soon as she had all of her things, Aello would turn on her heels. "And stranger, don't come back," she added, her voice harsh. "Don't think to find me, your legs will never last," she finished, as she headed on, not bothering to look back at the barbarian. The man she knew quite well, she may have killed. |
