More on Summoning

Postby Evalin on March 21st, 2012, 1:24 pm

Hello all I am Eva, the newest summoner on the black and I was hoping a few questions could be answered :)

1) How does one store a "summoning" into a glyph? Do you just perform the summoning over say a scroll (as in draw the circle over the glyph's focus) and then seal it once you have added your blood?

2) How long would a glyphed summon last on said scroll, and if you applied a trigger would it be possible to quickly unfurl the scroll and open the portal?

3) Are there currently any High Worlds and High world summons in the works, and if not could I possibly start writing some myself?

I have plenty more questions but I think I shall save them until I can better phrase them :)

Wretched Aura: As a Wretched One Evalin possesses an unnatural aura about her that causes unease in those who get too close. It can come as a prickle of the hair on the back of the neck, a sense of 'wrongness' about her. How people experience it is different depending on their personality and how they handle the unnatural and unknown. Animals tend to become more agitated, more easily sensing how wrong Evalin is and often avoiding contact with her.
