The name "Pearl House" is slightly deceptive. While once upon a time it might have been a singular house with several rooms to lease, The Pearl House is no longer constructed as such. Instead it is a series of split level apartments (normally three) designed exclusively for Konti and their needs. The main level is actually the second floor which has a sitting room, a study area, and a small kitchen. The basement level has a water exit, can be partially flooded, and tends to be an activity room for the room renter. The top level is a bedroom with an elegant view of the cliffs and Plunge Pool Bay. Spiral staircases link the three levels together. The Pearl House has fifteen unites and usually has a waiting list. There is a large gathering area on the main level as well which includes a meeting room, ballroom/banquet hall, and a kitchen. Nati often feeds everyone a communal breakfast and only leaves a sign up sheet for folks wanting dinner. She feeds whomever signs up and has cold cut leftovers for those who miss meals and doesn't want to cook for themselves.
