Nellie is a petite form, standing at only 5'3 and weighing one-hundred and ten pounds, soaking wet. Being a part of the Skyglow hold, it seems like she and the rest of her hold are more delicate than her hardy brothers and sisters. Nellie could be described as willowy and elegant, rather than athletic or strong, but she is not deprived of all muscle. Her skin is olive-toned and smooth, free of blemishes, except for a single beauty mark above her plump lips. Her long, light brown hair reaches to the end of her back, which is naturally thick and very straight. Her face is very structured; high cheekbones, a perky nose, doe eyes, and thick eyebrows. Her Vantha heritage obviously makes her wide eyes change color with her mood, but when she is content, they are an icy silver-blue. When it comes to her choice of clothing, she prefers to wear fine dresses, but every since the Djed Storms, she has been limited to simple pants and blouse.
Nelisella -or just, "Nellie"- has always been that girl that got all the attention from the boys and grown-ups because of her charming personality and pretty face. Like all of the Vantha sub-race, they seem to have an ethereal beauty that is associated with them, but Nellie always had that special spark that made her so enchanting to others. Since she was a very young girl she's been keeping others on their toes with her quick wits and cunning tongue. Though she can be a bit sarcastic at times, she makes sure it's all in good taste. Her parents raised her to be very well-mannered and polite, but that side of her only seems to exist when in front of her elders. When around her peers, she is very exuberant and outspoken. Most would describe her as a very free-spirit.
Painting is a very big part of Nellie's life. She finds it her only way to get her emotions out when talking just doesn't seem to get the job done. Whether she angry, heart-broken, or even incredibly happy, she can be seen working the day away on a canvas. And though she does not have a special knack for storytelling like some of her other brothers and sisters, she does add a vivacious and dramatic feel to whatever she is doing. Once she's made up her mind at something, it is almost impossible to break her mindset. She very direct with others when something is troubling her, or when she thinks something is wrong. You could almost say that she is a tad bit rebellious when it comes to some things. She doesn't always agree with her parents, and she makes that quite evident when she wants something to change. Like a lot of teenage girls, she thinks she knows everything, and what's best for everyone. A lot of people come to her for advice since she is very biased and has views on almost everything. She is actually a bit pessimistic, preferring to find the negative things rather than positives in people or a sticky situation that she's been put in.

Koren Skyglow (Father)
As for his four children, he loves them very much, but doesn't spend as much time as he should with them. The lack of discipline in their household has resulted in the various personalities of the kids. He would rather tell them to follow their dreams and venture into the unknown, rather than sitting them in time outs and forcing them to chores.
Pia Skyglow (Mother)
Pia is a very gentle soul, and even a more gentle mother. Her children are her life, as this is what she had wished for her entire life. It seems that she is living the dream with her loving husband and four beautiful kids.
Originally from the Winterflame Hold, she is a most excellent cook and host. More often than not she will invite more needy families over to her home to cook them a nice dinner. It brings her joy to serve others when they are in a tough spot, as she knows all too well how it feels to need something and not be able to have it. She is a most selfless woman, always putting others before herself.

Kisana Skyglow (Older Sister)
Kisana is a very smug and arrogant young woman, and has been ever since she was a young girl. When she learned of her beauty, it all went to her head, and nothing has gone in or out of it since. Not to say that she isn't intelligent, it is just that she rarely takes what others say to her into her own consideration. She is very opinionated, very biased in anything that she comes across, and quite frankly, she is not the most pleasant person to be around. She tells it like it is, even when it's something that you don't necessarily want to hear.

Wei & Lei Skyglow (Younger Sisters)
It's hard to say what this dynamic duo isn't. Inseparable since birth, Wei and Lei are identical twins. They don't use their unique gift for good, either. They are the little pranksters of the family, up to no good almost all of the time. And don't let their sweet looks fool you, as they won't think twice about throwing a snowball at your face, or stuffing fish guts down your slacks.
