Showdown Versus Darkness

Appearance: Like any other Drykas, he was tattooed. He always wears a black cloak and dark clothing over all but his torso, which itself is almost completely covered in midnight tattoes. He is very strong, and has a very well-kept muscular toning. He has a slight tan due to both his dark clothing and the many hours he enjoys riding, but he never can darken more than a few pigments. He has a scar running down the right side of his face, going over his eye and eyebrow. His eyes are a deep blue and his hair is jet black with spikes. He always keeps his cowl up and almost never takes off any clothing, except maybe to bathe.

Personality: Due to his habituary dark clothing, mixed with a mysterious personality, he has earned the title "Prince of Darkness" by his own home town of Endrykas. He never goes anywhere without the bloodbay his father once owned or the single-edged, hand-and-a-half longsword he found in the aftermath of a battle. He has trained most of his life in fighting with various skills and now works as a freelancer mercenary with no alignment to either good or evil immorality. He loves a good weapon, and can't help himself from becoming indulged with the design of a blade and/or bow, often leading to his being banned from being in a blacksmithery or a fletcher's shop.

History: Showdown never knew his father or mother and was raised in a battleschool in a small field outside of Endrykas that moved when they did. After his master died in the midst of a battle, he walked into the field and retrieved his special black longsword (age 15 at this time) with white edging, a gold, hand-and-a-half hilt and a "yin-yang" crystal set into the pommel. Ever since, he has worked for coin to help the battleschool and trained with his longsword both on horseback and on foot.
